What is it?

Drunk driving and drugged driving are defined as the act of controlling a vehicle under any drug, medication, and alcoholic drinks that cause impairment. Mind alterations, blurriness of vision, unclear thinking, any impairment affecting the individual to drive is categorized as drunk, drugged driving. In other words "Driving under the influence (DUI), also known as driving while intoxicated (DWI), drunk driving, or impaired driving is the crime of driving a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs, including those prescribed by physicians"(Wilcox).
