I remember that day oh so clear. It all started on April 10, 1912, when I have recently purchased a ticket for the Titanic. I heard about all the magnificent things aboard the Titanic; there was a beautiful dining room, delicious and fancy food, and just the fact that the Titanic was just one of the fanciest and biggest ships at the time. I also heard that it was unsinkable and that it couldn’t ever sink. Once I heard about all these things I bought a ticket for first class aboard the Titanic right away. It was an exciting day for everyone, it was an honor to be aboard the Titanic, especially since I’m rich and was able to afford a first class ticket. Near midnight of April 14, 1912, I felt a little shake, but I didn’t worry because the Titanic was unsinkable. But then after what was around half an hour, the Titanic’s crew told me to put on my life vest and go outside. I was still very calm at that time. I left my room and waited because they told me that everything would be okay after a while. I believed them because once again I thought that the Titanic was unsinkable. It was until around an hour to an hour and a half after I felt a little shake that people were freaking out. I saw lifeboats getting lowered with people in them and I went to see what was happening. The crew was very panicked and stressed out. I finally got a hold of a crew member and I asked what was happening. He briefly explained to me that the Titanic crashed into an iceberg and it would sink in an hour at tops. That was when I was starting to freak out.
