The role of today’s Collegiate Athletic Administrator (AD) oversees athletic programs for educational institutions. AD’s are multi-task personalities driven to accomplish through dynamic leadership. Athletic Directors focus on team scheduling, sports media promotions or fundraising events, while figuring out how to achieve the school’s goals on a budget. The leadership team consists of athletic managers and staff, team transportation and the coaches empowering the team to reach each student’s individual potential and ultimately the team success through group effort.
