I am extremely sorry for what happened, it was unlawful. I understand that shoplifting is wrong. It was an embarrassing experience, it is an experience I intend to learn and grow from. I am sorry for stealing from your store and wasting your time. I promise you this will never ever happen again. I am ashamed of my actions and I promise to never repeat them
again
5 – High Apologize, put the customer at ease, tell him you are here to help him and ask him to explain his concern to find a possible solution.
Life is bursting with temptation everywhere and based on peer pressure, if you can’t get something you want you rather find another way to get it. Individuals of the community rather act out of action without thinking about it first, which can lead them to the severe consequences of their actions. Then you later think what I did was wrong, I could have prohibited that by doing it differently. Afterward, you feel a great deal of emotions running through your mind; encumbrance, sorrow, and helplessness. These reactions cause you to overthink and make you feel compunction than you already feel. At first you feel calm and assumed you can get away with it, but unfortunately it landed you nowhere but deeper in the grave. Even in its effects in “Shoplifting”
I Daniella M. Genzale was caught shoplifting from Sephora in Roosevelt Field Mall. I put two items of makeup into my pocket book and walked out of the store passing all points of purchasing. When I left the store the security made us stop and ask us to give them what items were taken and don't pretend nothing was taken because he watched us. Then we walked back into the store with the security and they took us into the back room, once we were there he showed us the video of us taking the items and calculated how much was stolen all together. We were in the room for about an hour before the police officers came and hand cuffed us. At this point I was in tears crying, I was worried my mom was calling me and she was nervous. I still don't understand
On 06/11/18 at 11:28 AM ET, MM Andrew Aiken reported a non-associate felt SSG Emily Clarke had accused her of shoplifting so she threatened her at 3:45 PM GMT on 6/11/18. Clarke felt the non-associate was trying to place an accessory bag in to her own shopping bag. Clarke told the security guard over the headset that she felt that he was need in the backroom. The daughter of the non-associate overheard what Clarke had said over the headset and told the non-associate. The non-associate, who was upset, that Clarke had accused her of shoplifting, went over to Clarke, and began to curse and yell at Clarke. Aiken attempted to deescalate the situation with the non-associate, when the non-associate offered to have the associates look in her bags

I don't think it's right to break the law, no matter what the circumstances are. Breaking the laws is wrong, and people shouldn't think that it's an okay thing to do. If you don't agree with the law, you should try to get in contact with someone high up in the government and explain to them your stance on the issue, and why you believe it needs to be changed, or removed altogether. The laws are in place for a reason, and that is to protect us. American citizens need to start respecting the laws more, and respect those who enforce them.
During my six hour shift at Goodwill, a rather rude customer approached me. Some merchandise she had given to one of my co-workers to re-price

The minimum sentencing regarding drug crimes should be reduced because it negatively impacts everyone involved and is an unjust punishment across the board. I will discuss how the War on Drugs came about, how the current system for these crimes is racist and classist, the negative impacts that come from it across the board, the prison overcrowding issues, and how the minimum sentencing policy is ineffective. No matter how you look at it this issue, one wins in this situation and it’s time for a change.
History has spoken. The words of the weak started it. Their actions proved it. Disobeying a law is a crime that the offender should be willing to take the punishment for and let his sacrifice be used as a point to rally around to create a just, moral change. Whenever a law is deemed unjust, there is good reason for breaking it to achieve justice. Civil Disobedience will never be legal and those who employ it should be willing to accept the penalty that comes with breaking a law. It has been shown through historic cases, modern examples, and the core values of a democratic society that show Civil Disobedience not only works, but should be used as a tool to demonstrate the moral objectives that are being sought. Considering some laws are unjust and in contradiction with the core beliefs of society, there are certain times when breaking a law is reasonable, but it is by no means encouraged and should be done at the law breakers own risk.
Abbott acted both unethically and illegally when he attempted to steal meat from the local corner store. 1“Theft is the act of stealing; specifically: the felonious taking and the removing of the personal property with intent to deprive the rightful owner of it.” Theft is seen to be morally wrong because you are stealing from another person. In society, the ethical thing to do is to pay for the items you are able to take home from the store. Also, illegal because all items have an exchange value either it be goods for goods or goods for money, as it has the knowledge of the owner and a binding contract, that you are now the new owner of the item. Therefore, since Abbott did not pay for the meat he was about to steal from the store, he did not rightfully have a contract which states he owns the meat. Which can cause him to either pay a fine or do jail time under these circumstances. Also, if Abbott was caught, his friend would not be held liable for his actions and all legal blame would do towards Abbott. Ethically, Abbott should have known what his friends were teaching him to do was unethical even if he did not have the money to buy the meat products.
Shoplifting is a major problem in today. The temptation of not paying for something, just hiding it away and saving your own money is a large factor for some people. The culprit just thinks he's getting a product for free and doesn't know what he's actually doing to himself and the community. Shoplifting effects everyone, yourself and the everyone in the local neighborhood. In this essay I'm going to explain some of the circumstances of stealing from local stores, or any store. After I've been caught stealing I found out how wrong it is and how it is a disadvantage to everyone.
I am sincerely sorry for shoplifting at your store. I know it is very wrong and take full responsibility. As committing a crime and breaking the law, punishments follow. The biggest punishment for me is not the physical punishments, but the heavy burden I will always carry with me because of a mistake I made. I understand that this has affected the store not only physically, but also mentally too.
In summary, as a customer representative, I have been in unpleasant situations that have required me to calm irate customers. I’ve discovered first hand, that an apology is worth a thousand words; from experience, I understand the impact of being a great listener, especially when dealing with irate customers. However, we know that providing great customer service doesn’t end with apologizing, or being a tentative listener. It is our duty as CSR’s to go above and beyond providing customer satisfaction. We must show our customers that we value and appreciate their services, by providing them with the value of service they will appreciate. In the process we will gain loyal customers, prevent customer defections and generate free advertising by word-of mouth.
