Career problems
Lower tuition should be offered to students seeking engineering degrees because the workforce needs more engineers they are by far the most expensive majors, and the lower student loan debt load would attract more participants in these science and math fields.
We need more people to be able to tell us about the Earth and need more people to build better and bigger things. The Earth has many flaws and we need more scientist to be able to tell us about the Earth so that we can know how to prevent hazardous things from happening. We also need engineers because they are an essential need for us because they build and manufacture things that we need,(Welch). Without the help of scientist we wouldn't know some of the things that are

If we lower tuition cost and give engineers and scientist better benefits to help pay for college it will attract more students to study that career (¨fees high, tuition fees¨). Because of the high tuition cost no one wants to major in these careers because these careers are way to expensive. We need more scientist and engineers in the world.
We need more scientist to be able to teach kids in school. It is a mandatory law that kids learn science in school because there are many important things that kids need to learn and be able to understand why, but with the lack of scientist in the world it is very hard to make sure that kids understand. Science is a very very important thing in the world(¨agreeing to disagree¨). Kids won't know much knowledge about science because of the lack of scientist. Kids need to know this information so it will help them in the long run.
When one considers the needs of the workforce they need to attract more people to this field, and the need to teach kids about science. It is clear that we need to lower the tuition cost for engineering and science majors. So I call upon the college board of education and demand them to lower the tuition
How would one know if there is life outside human life? Science makes that possible. Society would not know any type of information related to science, if there was no one investigating it. Thus, without the continuous advancements individuals produce, this information would still remain unknown. Physicists, microbiologists, scientists, biochemists, biologist and any other scientific-related career dedicate to further the growth in the scientific field. Endless effort is being implemented to give society the most efficient technology and up-date scientific findings.
Some of these industries include plumbing and health care. Therefore by charging for tuition at universities we are able to create funding on lower vocational jobs, were still without degrees they are significant to our country. Aside from job spending, this will also increase taxes. According to Forbes, an advisor network, Mike Patton has gathered that the public debt per taxpayer in 2004 was $72,051, and in 2017 the projected debt will rise to $161,022. Furthermore the spending of tuition will raise taxes and prevent the advancement of skills in vocational jobs. Secondly this will cause a dramatic increase in graduates, were this sounds astounding, 50% of the graduates will work for jobs that do not require a degree. Although others may argue that those who turn away from degrees will turn to vocational jobs which are also important to the economy, some may refute that the spending of their tuition was worthless and only adds to the debt crisis. This takes away not only the value of opportunity to become a doctor, or a scientist, but inflates the misuse of tuition spending. Finally free tuition will alter the value and quality of education. According to
...vercome, there is more of a chance to capture such great discoveries. People need to realize that if they never take the time to stop and look around, appreciate the small things in life, they might miss out on important details and or moments that the world has to offer. Scientist didn’t obtain their greatest discoveries by looking at the world with a closed mind. During the months of September through Novemeber, the leaves start to fall off the trees. It is obvious its fall, but what else is occurring? Gravity. Albert Einstein discovered gravity by watching and ordinary object fall. At that moment he became a scientific unscrupulous observer.
It is no secret that the cost of tuition has been increasing since the millennials have arrived. High school graduates try to find themselves after graduating from high school. Some have no idea what they want to do, but those that want to further their education and have a better career will be the successful ones. One of the main reasons why college tuition should be reduced is so that students will not be in debt. Yes, there is FASA but not everyone is eligible for that. High school graduates don’t have enough money to pay for college, they barely have any money at all. College tuition should stay reduced at an affordable cost so students can afford it and not have debt.
College does have its good and bad, but the tuition money needs to decrease in both public and private schools. College should be the best time of everybody’s life, but money shouldn’t be a distraction.
College is one of the most fundamental institutions in our modern world. It is a place where most of our future politicians, doctors, scientists, and leaders are made. Though, it seems that the price tag that comes with a college education is something that is too hefty for some students. Countless debates go on about whether the price of college should be abolished or whether the cost still is on the students to pay for.
College can lead to satisfaction in life that may benefit you in the long run; however, the price to attend an institute of higher learning can be quite expensive. Going to college could be an advantage, helping you to potentially get a job, but it could leave students in debt and without a plan to pay off their student loans once studies are complete. Everyone should have a chance to increase their education; however, higher tuition costs can decimate someone’s possibility of achieving the dream of graduating from an institution of higher learning. The cost of going to college needs to be lower in order to make higher education accessible to everyone, provide greater career opportunities to more people, and lessen the amount of debt students
Attending college has changed quite a lot throughout the years. When it first arose, it was only accessible to the wealthy, and it was unheard of for everyone else. Only a few decades ago a bachelor degree could almost guarantee a comfortable job, and it was another advantage to any resume. In our current times, many students struggle and are unable to go to college due to the rising price tag that is not showing any signs of slowing down. A college degree is what most employers look for now-a-days, making it more essential than ever before. Unfortunately, it is becoming increasingly difficult to attain one. College tuition and fees should be lowered because 1) student loan debt is crippling for college graduates, 2) lower tuition will increase the accessibility of education, and 3) regulated tuition would lead to a
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, college tuition and relevant fees have increased by 893 percent (“College costs and the CPI”). 893 percent is a very daunting percentage considering that it has surpassed the rise in the costs of Medicare, food, and housing. As America is trying to pull out of a recession, many students are looking for higher education so they can attain a gratified job. However, their vision is being stained by the dreadful rise in college costs. College tuition is rising beyond inflation. Such an immense rise in tuition has many serious implications for students; for example, fewer students are attending private colleges, fewer students are staying enrolled in college, and fewer students are working in the fields in which they majored in.
When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a veterinarian, but as I grew up and experienced new things, that changed. I was lucky that I discovered this before I went to college, but others aren’t so lucky. Many people spend thousands of dollars on a college degree only to discover later on that they want to change careers. Rather than spend a small fortune and years of time getting a new degree, people can go to a vocational or technical school. These schools are exactly what the people in this country need to get the jobs they deserve. Some of the best schools in this country are technical schools, and we need to stop telling our kids that a traditional college is the only way to a successful career. Although
Public college tuition fees need to increase and not have a ceiling set on them because over time instructional costs increase due to rising wages, salaries and inflation. If there were a ceiling government taxes would increase, and last many amenities would have to be subtracted.
Generally, science is a hotly discussed and vehemently debated topic. It is difficult to achieve consensus in science, considering the fact that ideas are diverse about even science definition, leave alone the true interpretations and meaning of scientific experiments, philosophies and discoveries. However, these arguments, disagreements as well as continuous trials to find a better reasoning, logic and explanation are exactly what have always been driving science progress from art to art form. It is worth noting that, in Philosophy of Science: A Very Short Introduction, the Author-Samir Okasha explore various way of looking at science via the prism of life by citing a variety of scientific experiments, and providing examples from history of science.
investigators and even forensic examiners jobs a lot harder. What would happen if we had no scientific
The Scientific Revolution, perhaps one of the most significant examples of human beingsí relationship with the natural world, changed the way seventeenth and eighteenth century society operated. The power of human knowledge has enabled intellectual, economical, and social advances seen in the modern world. The Scientific Revolution which included the development of scientific attitudes and skepticism of old views on nature and humanity was a slow process that spanned over a two century period. During the Scientific Revolution, scientific knowledge enabled humans to control nature in order to improve society. With leaders such as Nicolaus Copernicus, Galileo Galilei, Francis Bacon, Isaac Newton, and Rene Descartes, the Scientific Revolution proves to be a crucial piece to the puzzle of understanding the effects of humansí interactions with the natural world.
A highly educated workforce has become essential component of economic growth and competitiveness in America. Education is the only way to be able to improve technology and make the world a better place. “By the end of this decade, two out of three job employers will require a college education,” president Barack Obama said. Doesn’t that mean more people need to get in college. Some people can’t afford college tuitions. Help the ones that make the good grades get into college. When you pay for them to go to college it 's all on them by what they do with their time in college. Conduct interviews to see who 's really a great fit for going to college. Most of the people that can’t go to college could be a big conductor of valuable things the world may need. These are the reasons the government should pay for higher education.
