Crash! Another car accident, just like that in a matter of seconds. These crashes that are caused by texting and driving can sometimes be fatal. Texting and driving occurs a lot in U.S.A. and there are many dangers in doing this. This is not a good idea. Some crashing reasons why texting and driving is a terrible idea is because how it can risk lives of many innocent people and how it is illegal. First of all, it puts many lives at risk. Anyone's poor decision on the road can result in a serious injury or death. In 2015, 3,477 people were killed and 391,000 were injured in accidents involving distracted drivers on the road. Along with risking lives of normal people, anyone can risk the lives of family members or their own children.
Being distracted on the road sets a bad example for your children and future children. Children look up to their parents and whatever they do, the kids will think it is alright. No one wants them to grow up making the wrong decision of texting and driving just like the parents or anyone has done.
