I want to become staff because of my attitude in-game. I'm generally a positive person and being a staff member would spread my positivity and encourage others to be positive. Another reason I want to be staff on MizuHQ is to prevent hackers. All these hackers hacking in-game, ruining other people's gameplay and me just sitting on the side and doing nothing is a problem and I'd like to fix that. Being staff would allow me to record and ban them with proof. I would also once again love to be a staff member as it is a completely different aspect of the game, not only do you get to enjoy yourself doing it, but you get to help out the community. Being a staff member is more than helping someone. I love to build strong connections with the player …show more content…
If anyone is in need of any assistance, they can rely on me being the #1 choice. I'm always available unless asleep. Being reliable allows me to bond more with many different and new people.
Hard-Working:
I am a very hard worker I have Grit! A lot of people give up because the don't understand what they're doing, or just think they can't do it. Hard work also is someone that get the job done and gets it done fast.
Fairness:
I am always usually always fair, if someone is hacking that is my Brother, Sister, Family, Friend, Hater, doesn't matter, all treated the same. I will still ban them because it shows I do care about the server and it's not fair to anyone on the server.
In-Game:
Whilst I'm in-game, I'm excessively helping around with hackers (I either record or report to a staff member) and monitoring chat. If I notice bad behavior such as Advertisement, Ip leaking, Ip Loggers, screamers or sketchy links, I instantly act and have a staff member present on the scene.
Forums:
I am very active on the Forums. I look at Staff Application's or Reports. I have been playing Minecraft for 6 Year's now and I still do play. I know if someone is hacking or not. If I am not 100% Sure I will ask a staff member to join me and spec the
2. I have the ability to share a sense of vision and also an uplifting energy. I can create and build a team so they can eventually reach their peak potential. Finally, I take responsibility for driving things forward and can identify the need of change and initiate a change when it is needed. As an orientation leader during orientation, I will be able to showcase my strengths by combining random upcoming students from different walks of life and provide them with the tools
The Ted Talk presented by Catherine Bracy took the word hacking to another level. A new way of looking at a hacker. A hacker meaning much more than a teen behind a computer trying to steal information. The points she brought out is that reaching out to the people can get things done and strengthen relationships between people and an organization and through that relationship both parties are more stable and content. Bracy expressed her experiences with hackers in a government and citizen view, but this can also be applied to personal and
In reality, most hackers are ordinary people with a great deal of curiosity, above-average skills with a computer, a good understanding of human nature, and plenty of time to kill. Hackers have no distinguishing characteristics. Your next-door neighbor could be a hacker, as could your niece or nephew, one of your co-workers, or even the kid who serves you coffee in the morning. Not all hackers are dangerous and out to destroy business or damage lives. The view of the general public toward hackers is mixed. A recent CNN-poll shows 33% of respondents labeling hackers as "useful," 17% seeing them "as a menace," and the majority (45%) seeing hackers as "both" useful and a menace (CNN, 1999).
... they are serving the needs of others in a structured, timely, and practical way and achieve what they set out to accomplish. This description could not describe my personality any better. I enjoy learning more about my personality type and the personality type of others. The information provided helps us to understand one another, what motivates us, and what pushes are buttons.
I consider myself a very helpful person and that's what I want to do with my time if I do become staff! I hope I can become staff to assist the needs of the players in game, on the forums, or in
One of my greatest skills is being able to be compassionate towards others. By placing myself into someone else’s shoes, I find myself being able to better understand where other people are coming from. I am an extremely caring person that will go to great lengths for anyone. I can easily overlook the differences in other people, and this is what helps me get along with almost anyone that I come across. In order to lead people in a positive direction you need to be able to relate to them on a more personal level. It is much easier when people feel comfortable around their leader. I always like to lend a helping hand or even a shoulder to cry on when it is needed. My strengths include integrity, optimism, faith, innovation, and adaptability. These strengths are important to have in leadership positions. Leaders should have a firm hold on their beliefs and morals in order to have a positive impact on people. Keeping my commitments is crucial to me, because I am a woman of my word. I think this is a good trait in leadership, because people need to be able to count on the person that they look up to. Optimism is also something I value. I belie...
I want to be a staff member because I feel like I can help a lot in the community and keep the chat clean of racism, spamming, Death Threats, ect. I also want to be staff to make all of the Arson community have a great experience on the server. I don't just want to be staff to abuse my perms or brag or be rude to any of the players or think that I'm higher in the world to them. Also, as me being staff I'm not going to play around and not do my job as a staff member I will actually help players in the community with their problems such as there being a hacker or them getting stuck in a block I really enjoy this server and I want to put my time and effort into it, Doing that will get me more into the game again and not get bored of the game.
Active I am becoming even more active everyday on the server, I am trying to put forth a lot of hours into the server that way I can help the community even without the rank etc. I like to be active because I enjoy playing HCF, I enjoy helping even without the rank whether it
The main reason I should become part of the staff team is because I have worked hard over the past weeks to help as many players as I could, and have hopefully helped them learn something new, or give them more understanding in different
In Computer security terminology Hacker is a person or group of persons, who exploit, modify and identify weakness in a computer system or network. Hacker may be motivates of reasons such as profit, protest and challenge. based on attitude, belief, and goals hacker groups are categories such as
The two areas that best reflect my strong suits are respectful and inspiring. (Steadiness) Respect should not be taken lightly and people want others to show them that they are important. I am not the one to belittle, talk down to someone, embarrass the other person, or not acknowledge someone because they are not like me or do not hold a certain position. People respond in a negative manner and become very defensive when others treat them in any of the ways previously mention. I look at how I want others to consider when speaking and interacting with me. That is the way I have to try to handle myself when dealing with others. Taking calculated risks is what I do best because I cannot stand losing too much if the results do not outweigh the risks involved. I am also very critical on myself and can point out faults in a heartbeat. I have to analyze future actions before I act on anything because I do not want to go wrong or too far away from initial path. Repeating myself or actually running through multiple scenarios takes up a lot of time. Being overly critical on myself will eliminate some of that time that I cannot get back.
This is one of the reasons I would like to be staff is to ban the hackers that roam around OPC. I see quite a few hackers on kitpvp and factions, and try to tell a staff member to check it out. The only problem is sometimes there is not a staff member online, and some people don't know how to record or even report hackers on the forums. I have noticed on OPC that the amount of hackers has already decreased since OPC 1.0. I hope to decrease this "hacker" population drastically.
This will be an easy way to find the hackers, and then I will suspend them from the server. Hackers can occur at any times, it could be a player who joins just to hack, a player who played legit then started to hack, etc. I will equally punish all of the hackers so they know not to ever come and hack again. Secondly, I want to manage the chat and keep it clean. I see a lot of people who join and straight away start dissing people, cussing, avoiding the AntiSwear and much more that makes the chat very toxic and unwelcoming.
Name: Joel Ign: 0zi Age: 16 Country/Timezone: AEST, Australia Why Do You Want To Be Staff? I would like to be staff on heliospvp because i feel there is not enough staff at this point of time, and i believe that i can fulfill a vacant staff spot because i am very active and a well known player on the server. I also would like to become staff because as a player that has started from map1 i know all rules and expectations of how to ban being staff in general.
On servers I have previously been staff on I have been in support rooms constantly helping players etc. I enjoy being in support rooms which will help me do
