As the farm is a popular visitor attraction, communication skills are vital and I feel I have honed them significantly, which will be helpful when consulting with owners of patients in practice.
The auction lot is not a place that a horse would want to be as many although not all are a terrible place for a horse to be. All types of horses are found at an auction all though an estimated 93.2% of the horses that are at the lots and are on their way to slaughter are deemed in good condition according to the US Department of Agriculture’s Guidelines for the handling and Transportation of equines to slaughter. The young and healthy horses are what the kill buyers are looking for, as they are able to make a greater profit then that of older and sick horses. Horses that are dropped of at the lots are not put in proper pens that leads to fighting and establishing a pecking order, ultimately for creating injury to the horses that

When I was growing up and always playing with animals, I realized what I might want to do with my life. Since animals are, for the most part, vulnerable and helpless, they need someone to take care of them. For animals in need to survive and carry on, there must be a caring person willing to take time out of their day to care for these animals. This person is responsible for providing care such as feeding, cleaning, giving water and administering medication to animals in veterinary offices, zoos, laboratories or animal hospitals. This person is called a veterinary assistant (Writer).
Veterinarians can be employed by government agencies and the food indudtry to cater to meat and milk producers to ensure that the herd is healthy and that the product is suitable for human consumption. I am jarred out of a relaxing sleep by a voice yelling my name in a loud whisper, and a light burning through my eyelids. Groggily, I open my eyes to see my father standing in the doorway to my messy room. He tells me that I need to get going, that it is 3:00 a.m., and I'm burning daylight. I find my clothes and get dressed. The whole time I wonder why I get up this early to visit the rugged outdoors. I want to go back to bed, but I know my dad will be back in to make sure I am getting ready, in a little bit. Instead, I put my boots and my wide-brimmed, black cowboy hat on, and walked out to catch the horses. The horses are all excited because it is dark and they are not that cooperative. My dad and I get them saddled and in the trailer, and go back into the house to get our lunch, water, and a cup of coffee. Now, we can head for the high country.
Most people imagine their dream job is to become a famous actor or a job they have seen done many times. Though because of the progression of technology I would be more suited in a field involving computers. My dream job is to become a successful software engineer because I have always been into computer systems, but can I fit this job, is the career life something I can manage and what opportunities should I go after when becoming a software engineer. Each time I notice how a program is used I wonder how can I make it become faster or more efficient. When you are using your cell phone or iPad there is usually an update at every month. This is because apple is improving the speed of your applications. A software engineer is sometimes overlooked, but without software engineer’s applications would either crash or would not improve. Although most people may feel looking at a computer all day and trying to fix it is uninteresting, I find it challenging
Why do I want to be a civil engineer? Well, I am mainly interested in becoming a civil engineer for two reasons. My first reason is that I want to see something I designed on paper become real. I have always thought that was the coolest thing about engineers: they can design things like skyscrapers on paper, and then have them built because they are free of all errors. My second reason is just me wanting to have a career and not just a regular job at a factory, where there is always the chance of jobs being offshored or done by machines instead of people.
