Located at 450 Serra Mall, Stanford, CA 94305, this university is known to be the most prestigious of them all universities in the nation. To further review the curriculum and programs offered, you are able to call at 1 (650) 723-2300. Just like Columbia University, Stanford has numerous departments for students to take place in. For the SAT, they require a passing grade on all three sections. If one sections is below passing

When we were little, we thought the word “Career” was not a big deal, but as a senior in high school, the word has become our reality as we start to finish our last semester. The question we’ve been asked all these years is, what do you want to be when you grow up? But our answer is simple: we don’t want to grow up. As an innocent kid it seemed like the time would never come, but it has. It’s time to get serious and really ponder this question.
It is a cliché to say that I don’t know what I want to become in the future but in my case, after attending to Lone Star College, my plan for the future straightened out. How did an educational experience help me in college? Why did I attend Lone Star College and how has it benefitted me now? Well, I will tell you why I made the best decision attending Lone Star College and how that has directed me in the path I am at today.
As we begin to grow up and come to the end of our high school career we must start to begin to start thinking about what type of career we want to be in. It is very important that a person picks the right type of career for them. Otherwise you will be unhappy with what you are doing and will not enjoy it at all. I am not entirely sure what I want my career to be but I have a pretty good idea as to what type of job it will be. I would like to go into the field of a physical therapist and sports medicine, I fell I will enjoy this more than any other type of career just because I already have a lot of interest in it.
Princeton is an excellent university that provides good opportunities and education for hard working students to pursue their dreams. Princeton University is located in New Jersey with 30,000 residents in a safe and pleasant neighborhood (Princeton University - About Princeton; Princeton University - Facts & Figures; Princeton University). There are shops, eco-friendly streets, restaurants, and nice parks surrounding the campus. There is a shuttle train, the “Dinky,” can transport students directly from the campus to Princeton Junction Station where students can travel to New York and Philadelphia within an hour each. These places can be extremely useful to students wanting to discover countless resources of arts around them.
In today’s society, college students are often told that we need to focus on pursuing careers that offer financial security rather than pursuing a career the we love. In the graphic novel “Johnny Bunko: The Last Career Guide You’ll Ever Need”, author Daniel Pink challenges this idea. Rather than trying to pursue a career because it makes money, the author uses characters such as Johnny’s coach, Dianne to tell us otherwise, providing six elements that will ensure you great success.
“A good education is a foundation for a better future.” ~ Elizabeth Warren. The reasoning behind why I want to go to college is to better my future. I am considered one of the first generation in my family to go to college, putting a lot of meaning behind why I believe I should go on to a different path. From a very young age I have always held high expectations of myself, even of the numerous changes in careers I had obtained an interest in. I have always envisioned myself going to college because I certainly value education. I believe that the more education I receive, the more valuable I am to this generation of the work force. Not only does my passion of learning hold place in the reasoning behind why I want to go to college, but because of my role models growing up. My parents both encourage me on a daily basis to go to college, and have encouraged my initiative to seek more in life. My father once explained that he once had this opportunity to receive a free ride to college but decided to stay home and start a family. He of course never looked back or regretted his decision because if not I wouldn 't be here today, but he encouraged me to take on these amazing offers and

Choosing a career is a big step. It’s important that you make sure to find the career that’s right for you. The first thing to do is to think about who you are. What are your interests? What type of personality do you have? What jobs might be a good fit for these characteristics? When you pick a few job matches, make sure to read about them. Decide if you think they will be a good match for you. When you think you have found the right one for you, you need to make a plan and set goals on how you are going to succeed in this career choice. Maybe a few years of college are necessary, maybe not. Then when you get to the step where you are ready to start looking for work, you will need to develop a cover letter and resume, and go on job interviews. All this will determine whether or not you get the job you are applying for.
Unlike other law schools, Stanford only accommodates around 500 students. It is considered to be one of the country’s toughest law schools to get into, one of the the reasons may be the fact that they want to maintain their status in the top law schools with highest bar passage rates. In fact, in 2013, 97% of Stanford law graduates took the bar exam in New York for the very first time, and they managed to pass. UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO LAW SCHOOL Last but definitely not the least is the University of Chicago Law School, which is considered to be one of America’s most influential law school when it comes to economic analysis of law.
