I have never wanted anything more in life than I want to go to the college of my choosing. I’ve thought about my future a lot, some things I am still not sure about but one thing I am sure about is that college is be and is my main priority. There are many reasons I want to go to college, I want to go because it will make my family proud, it will give me leverage in the future, and it will give me a sense of adulthood. The biggest reason I want to go to college is it will make my family proud. I would be the first of my siblings to go to a big four year college. My sisters are both in college but they go to community college. I know that they would be proud, because they know how hard it is to stay focused and go to a big college. My parents have always been proud of my academics. I am a straight A student and i have always strived to make them proud. My grandparents would be so happy. If I go out for a job it will look better on my resumé and give me more opportunity to be hired. When I choosing the career I want i will have many more options, because i will have a college degree. I could get my college degree and then go to another school for a higher college degree depending on how I do during my first 4 years at college. My last reason to go to college is it will give me a sense of adulthood. Paying for college even with financial aid or scholarship, so I have to at least help with the cost which means a job is going to be in handy. Having a job is a lot of responsibility. College campuses usually have dorms for you to live in for at least your freshman year. Living in dorms means living without your parents on your own which is a big adjustment from living with your parents. You have to make a lot of adult decisions in college, like if you have enough money to buy something or if going out is worth the fun and loosing study
