Katherine Oster, a Marin county resident, claims that she was wrongfully terminated from her employment at Caithness Corp. after she made complaints regarding gender discrimination. Oster filed her complaint claiming wrongful termination on June 9th with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Defendants listed include Caithness Corp., Caithness Energy LLC, Caithness Development LLC and Leslie Gelber. Allegations made against the defendant include: wrongful termination, breach of oral contract, intentional misrepresentation, discrimination, etc.
