Everyone is at the peak performance trying to best the top person in the organization. I believe that the managers as well as everyone else would enjoy the benefits of reducing the turnover, greater productivity and profitability. Once everyone is on the same page and working together, sharing, and using each other strengths to better the organization, the more the employees would not mind working and possible getting more involved with the organization. If this was to happen the company’s attendance would always be up and so places would not be short staffed. When an employee is happy with the management and the stress levels are low at work it makes the work environment more safer and workable. If I was in a work environment where the stress levels are high, poor management, and their is a great deal of employee turnover, I would not be there or stay too long. If by chance I was still there, I would not be happy and hate to go to work. Although I also feel that some portions of our lives can be influenced greatly by our own inner desires and motivations. My interests are also centered on the outside world. This is consistent with the description at the end of the exercise. I thrive in situations where I can be around and mingle with large groups of people. I grew up in a very large family and this helped to shape my personality. However, I do enjoy quiet time and occasionally working on my own.

But inside I am very decisive. I do not take work as burden but consider it as a play and sometimes mix work and play. Sometimes I stay open to new information that I miss the deadlines. Sometime, I am stimulated by an approaching deadline. Thus I seem to have both Judging and perceiving outer form. For a manger the combination of both these features is essential. He has to have planned life so that he can be effective. He should also accept the changes in life and acclimatize himself to the new surrounding as soon as he can. Therefore, I think that I have the right combination of Judging and Perceiving as I respond commensurate to the surrounding and the circumstances.
