To make sure their design is good and effective , it is includes two importance aspect that is design adequacy and viability , and cost effectiveness. At the same time , engineers responsible to generate design solutions that are environmental friendly and suitable to the client requirement. Engineers have a duty to care about the environment , society and their client. This problem will take some cost to make sure their product success and suitable with what client want. The first issue come when in-house maintenance team needed is the cost. It will not be a big issue if the true cost of in-house maintenance is considered. Management must be able to find in which areas of a business costs must be reduced and the consequences that such reductions have in the overall company.
