Was It My Fault? - Original Essay
I don’t know where? I am lost, this place is too new to me, I never
seen any thing like it in my whole life except in those movie that
always talk about the future. It was odd because there next to me was
a poster that said 2012 the party of the year. It can’t be can it. All
I remember is me dashing out of the house angry and as I was about to
cross the road I saw a motorbike and that’s about it. It was too
strange, too absurd to be true. It couldn’t be. But the thought
refused to leave my head. I had a new question now. I knew what year
it was but where was I? Then someone said you all right miss? I
stopped to look around to see where the voice was coming from. But all
I can see was an armchair and someone was sitting on it, I couldn’t
see the person very well as he was in the shadows.
There was a deathly silence.
Then the old man started to smile until I saw his teeth. Are you all
right miss he said once more? “Yeah … ammm no not really”. I forced
myself to ask, “Where is this? And is it true that the year is 2012?”
The old man smile vanished. For some odd reason he has changed like
something was wrong or was asked this question most of his life, he
was alone all by himself no one to bee seen. I guess that is the only
explanation for it and I didn’t want ask him for the fear of making
him more offended. 2012 you should know that.
Why?
Because here is ware you where born.
I looked at the old man until my eyes started to ache. How does this
old man know about me?
How can this place be where I was born?
More and more question started to pop in to my head.
How come I don’t recall this place if it is home?

“Pardon me?” Miss Allen asked, finally putting an end to the creepy ass moment of deadly silence. The perplexed expression on her face grew more confound with each passing second, but the gentleness in her eyes remained the same.
The ship, R.M.S Titanic, has been popular several different times in a little over 100 years. The first time in April 1912 when it first sailed for North America. This great ship was said to be unsinkable. Many errors led to the major tragedy of the Titanic, including the life boats were not all there or filled as much as they should have been, the ship tried to go full speed to break the iceberg, and the Californian ship did not respond the Carpathia had saved the rest.
As I awoke I saw the face of a man staring down at me with a look of pure horror and
This is first shown in the opening lines of the novel “I became what I am today at the age of twelve, on a frigid overcast day in the winter of 1975. I remember the precise moment, crouching behind a crumbling mud wall, peeking into the alley near the frozen creek. That was a long time ago, but it’s wrong what they say about the past, I’ve learned, about how you can bury it. Because the past claws its way out.” (Hosseini pg.

"The Necklace," Guy de Maupassant effectively employs a very dreary mood, despondent character and a surprise ending to develop the idea that when an individual is overcome by greed, that person has an excessive desire to obtain material wealth to feel self sustained.
His childhood was lived in solitude, separating him from any contact with another intelligent human being.
Even if you’ve lost your faith in me, let me explain myself one more time; I don’t think you’ll regret it.
With music blasting, voices singing and talking, it was another typical ride to school with my sister. Because of our belated departure, I went fast, too fast. We started down the first road to our destination. This road is about three miles long and filled with little hills. As we broke the top of one of the small, blind hills in the middle of the right lane was a dead deer. Without any thought, purely by instinct I pulled the wheel of the car to the left and back over to the right. No big deal but I was going fast. The car swerved back to the left, to the right, to the left. Each time I could feel the car scratching the earth with its side. My body jolted with the sporadic movements of the car. The car swerved to the right for the last time. With my eyes sealed tight, I could feel my body float off the seat of the car.
Have you ever made a mistake, then regret it? Or ever made the same mistake more than once? If you had a chance to take back what you regret, would you? We are all human beings, no one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes no matter what age one is, personality, gender, we all make mistakes. Most of us make a mistake with out of us even knowing that we did make a mistake. Making mistakes is an everyday experience everyday in our world. All humans have the capability and opportunity to learn from their mistakes through positivity.
My attendance in high school was not as high as my teachers may have wanted it to be. I found myself yearning for more and finishing my work too quickly. When I went I tried to soak up as much as I could but it wasn’t really until my college courses that I found that knowledge I wanted and regained a strong desire to attend class. While I have never missed classes unless terribly sick, I have been tardy a handful of times. Since honestly is the best policy I cannot fail to ignore that. Sometimes I was not on time due to work other times I simply left the house later than I expected to. It was not enough times to cause a problem, but it definitely has made me more aware of my punctuality.
