The article describes about sexual harassment faced by a female employee who was working in a Walmart located in Warsaw, Missouri. She was an associate worker in the receiving department for around two years before she left the positon due to her mother’s illness. Some months later, she resume her work, but faced work discrimination from her supervisor and other store managers. The plaintiff, Peggy kimzey, experienced hostile working environment as she was frequently mistreated by her supervisor and yields at her whenever she does slight mistakes. One day while she was picking a box from the floor, Michela Mais, an assistant store manager looked at her ass, and he even said,” he had found a place to put his screw driver.” Likewise, her supervisor, Henry Brewer at times tried to kiss her by smacking his lips towards her while making kissing sound. On the other hand, Mais has even kicked her several times and even goes further to shake the ladder she was standing and laugh at her when she was about to fall. Some days later she went to Marci Turner, who was an assistant store manager and informed her complain but Turner did nothing and no investigation was made about her case.
