You can spot the building from the highway with its bright blue and white exterior which displays “WALMART” in bold white letters but all everyone seems to notice is the hundreds of cars parked outside of the major corporation. From one end to the other cars fill the parking lot leaving no room for all others that are to come. People come and go all with carts filled of food and other items. All that is heard is the buzzing sounds of the cars that are being started and the humming of cars that are leaving but as the enter sign becomes more visible you can hear the constant chatter of the customers inside. From the moment I drove down barlow road onto Walmart's parking lot I could see dozens of shopping carts scattered and abandoned all throughout the lot it gave me an impression of unorganization it seemed as if Walmart didn't have cart pushers to do their job. …show more content…

The young boy starrted collecting one cart after another until what seemed to be a cart free lot as I saw him push the carts into the side of the building I followed and as soon as the doors slid open I could hear the air conditioner spit gusts of attic cold air and in that moment it felt as if dozens of little needles had pierced my skin the cold air hit me as soon as the doors opened I also caught the smell of cleaning supplies as one of the maintenance employees mopped up a puddle of juice. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a bright yellow vest and to my amazement it was a familiar face. Maria the door greeter greeted me with a gentle “hello how are you” and as I answered “great thank you” lupita Alvarez walked in with shoulders slouched laughing at what was displayed on her screen.
