Many regions are far behind when it comes to technology and style of life so this Federal style of government should have been ideal. However, it has become extremely corrupt, with most of the country’s power being held, not within small territories, but by only one city, Moscow. As the capital of the world’s largest country, Moscow is where all of the country’s major leaders are. The most influential of these leaders is Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia. His excessive power can be shown by the fact that as the president, he holds all executive power but is not a part of the executive branch. Not only has he controlled Russia as president, but he has also served as prime minister and was the most powerful person in the country. It is time they step up and have a voice of their own. The people deserve those God given rights which we are all born with. Under this new form of government, they will receive those rights which they have waited so long to call their own. The government will not only be centered on the people it governs but it will also be split, fair, and balanced when it comes to making decisions. Each branch will check the other in order to prevent any from becoming too large, or too powerful. The economy will be free of harsh government regulations and free of interference so it can flourish with competition and efficiency. This will create a boom and allow anyone who wants to make money be successful in doing so. The rich will not be punished for being successful by harsh progressive taxes and the poor will be encouraged to work harder to get out of the treacherous rut that is poverty. There will be no unfair elections, the people will decide who leads the country and the people will make the ultimate decision.
