Like the graduates who are once they’re graduated they’re supposed to work in a good place but the reality is they didn’t find work and sit at home, so obviously they will be annoyed because their dreams will be done. And thus they suffer from poverty, and the failure of their health, or being late for the marriage, and the creation of a family, or their inability to take responsibility for their families. A large number of the unemployed lack the self-esteem, and they feel a failure, and they are less than others. And in the IYF they give classes to the young people who are psychologically damaged and to get them like before.

It is currently increasing in incidence at an alarming rate. Unemployment among young people is increasing predominantly as a result of youth receiving inadequate preparation for the job market and a largely ignored discrimination against youth in the job market. In order to minimize levels of youth unemployment, the education system and current workforce practices need to be analyzed and modified. The education system should be modified so that its degrees and more in line with jobs that are actually available and offer more job experience opportunities. The workforce practices should be modified so that discrimination against youth is minimized as much as possible. This can be achieved through invoking a higher rate of jobs awarded through meritocracy and reducing the amount of informal hiring. It is only after the integration of many of these concepts that youth unemployment levels will decrease. This will be a step towards a world with less inequality and unemployment, a step towards a better
These individuals are usually married with children or live in a remote area. There are three main reasons why this type of unemployment is the worst.
The worker comes to believe that the maintenance of individual existence is thus the single and solitary goal of their life activity.” He believes that if a worker works only for the wage then he deprives himself of purpose in life. In turn, he implies that labor is the only way to affirm one’s purpose in life. Life is about the mindset each person carries. It is possible that one could work a job simply for the wage. However, that does not to mean that they have to lack self-actualization. One could be working a job that they don’t completely enjoy but realize they have found purpose in providing for their family. To be able to provide for their family and create happiness within them, is all it takes for some. The means of production in a capitalist economy does not inevitably lead to alienation. Others may work a job solely for the wage but find purpose in non-economic activities. For example, people could find their purpose in the church, playing a sport, tutoring children, and more. Your job doesn’t have to define your meaning in

I believe young people must be seen as full-fledged citizens of our world. Youth empowerment, the act of bringing out natural talents and energies in youth, is effective. Youth should be provided the supports and opportunities that enable them to increase individual self-worth and skills and have significant impact on services to communities, states, and the nation. Youth should be active participants on decisions affecting their lives, including their living situations. Further, the involvement of young people in the planning and implementation of services and in mobilizing community support for programs that affect their lives, and those of their families, is essential to their individual development and the success of the programs working with
...r monetary or resource value to get the basic needs of the family met. Jobs are falling. Klotz points out those jobs are hard to come by for many people, especially the younger generation she talks about, being the 20-24 age groups (Klotz 3). Asher Miller, executive director of the Post Carbon Institute writes in his forward, “an estimated 16.5 percent of the population is officially classified as “underemployed,” the highest level since the 1930s” (Heinberg and Lerch xiv). There is no way to provide for a family; shelter, food, water, clothes, education and healthcare without a job unless you rely on the government for full support. Even that is limited in what it provides. Lack of jobs is a negative indicator of progress and growth. Even worse is the tragic combination of no jobs and dwindling resources to provide jobs, food, and energy for all of the nations.
...ldwide’s overall approach of creating opportunities for youth worldwide. For example, have Hilton Worldwide and IYF thoroughly analyzed how this program to improve youth well-being can possibly be seriously disfavored by the governing authorities of those countries in which these programs will be taking place? Or if the adolescent from a third-world country whom they are training has obligatory family responsibilities to uphold that do not call for involvement in the initiative? Although it seems unlikely, questions and issues like these are inevitable and will eventually surface. The key to success here for Hilton Worldwide and IYF to achieve maximum impact is simply to continue pursuing their commitment of reaching out to global youth with combined efforts and to help these young beings realize their fullest potential as engaged and productive citizens of society.
The largest cause of unemployment can be attributed to recession. The term recession refers to the backward movement of the economy for a long period. People spend only when they have to. (Nagle 2009). With people spending less there would be less money in circulation therefore, enterprises would suffer financially and people would suffer too. This is so because recession reduces the fiscal bases of enterprises, forcing these enterprises to reduce their workforce through layoffs. These enterprises lay off their workers in order to cut the costs they incur in terms of wage and salary payments.
Unemployment is a macroeconomic factor that is pertinent to an extensive economy at a regional level. Therefore it affects a large population rather than a few select individuals. Unemployment does not only have social costs, but economic costs too. The ILO, International Labour organization, defines unemployment as, ''People of working age, who are without work, but available for work and actively seeking employment.'' Therefore implying that it is a state of an individual looking for a job but not having one. Unemployment is one of the key indicators in determining the economic stability of a country; hence governments, businesses and consumers closely monitor it. There are numerous aspects that might lead to unemployment such as labour market conflicts and recessions in the economy. There are two main types of unemployment, which can be focused on, seasonal and cyclical unemployment. Seasonal unemployment occurs when a person is unemployed or their profession is not in demand during a particular season. On the contrary, cyclical unemployment occurs when there is less demand for goods and services in the market so consequently supply needs to be decreased.
