I understand that this company is under threat and pressure to remove the Church of Nativity from developers that want to destroy it and build something more profitable in place of it but I sincerely request this company to still keep this on the list. This is because this church complex is recognized as the most important place of Christianity, it is an ancient building so surviving to today is difficult and it could help us to find hints about Christianity.
The Church of nativity is still in use today. It was heavily damaged in 529 AD, when the Samaritans revolted, so the Emperor sent an architect to deconstruct and build another church as similar as possible to the old one. Another restoration project occurred from 1165 to 1169 between the time of the Byzantine Empire and the Frankish Kingdom where lots more marbled mosaics and other upgrades were added.

One famous example is the 2002 siege of Bethlehem, where Palestinians fought with the Israel and almost destroyed it while ironically, these people actually cherish this place. As I mentioned before, this is one of the oldest churches so it must be unimaginably hard to build a grand and long lasting church with the extremely limited tools they had nearly 2000 years ago, And now it is treated very badly, so badly it is on the brink of destruction.
