Thesis Statement: Brining about justices through death in USA brings about hazards on all of us.

II. Why should we get rid of the death penalty in USA?

It will save society from stooping depriving the poor of fair justice, save money and reduce murder.

Death penalty in the USA are usually handed out on the basis of racism against the minority and/or more times and harshly murder victims being white.

The justice system isn’t or will ever be perfect as the continuing evidence in sentencing death penalty to the innocent and mentally ill in many cases have occurred.

Now let’s get into how specifically the death penalty negatively affects us all.

The court in turn gives them attorneys who lacks the experience for a death penalty trial. They are underpaid and overworked. In many cases, the attorneys slept through parts of the trial and came to trial with drug and/or alcohol in their system.

A system without the death penalty will save the USA a lot more money rather than having the death penalty because there is a lot more process that takes place in death penalty. According to California Commission on the Fair Administration of Justice, “In California the current system costs $137 million per year; it would cost $11.5 million for a system without the death penalty.”

In fact, murder rates are lower in non-death penalty states having the death penalty. According to the studies done by the National Research Council, the claim “the death penalty affects murder rates were fundamentally flawed because they did not consider the effects of noncapital punishments and used "incomplete or implausible models."

A 2009 survey had 88% of criminologists believe death penalty wasn’t preventing murder.

According to the Death Penalty Information Center, in 2010, in non-death penalty states the murder rate is around 4.1 per 100,000 as supposed to in states having death penalty where the murder rate is around 4.5 per
