Therapeutic Nursing Services

My Program of study:
For my career choice, I would go into the study of therapeutic nursing services and be a registered nurse (RN). An RN’s job description includes the following: providing care, support, diagnosing illnesses, and educating patients about their diagnosis. Other daily tasks for a Registered Nurse would be to administer shots, provide treatments, and monitor the patient’s during recovery. The assigned physician would also need assistance.
Under the program of the therapeutic nursing services, the position that I’m interested in would be a registered nurse, or RN. Although more education is required, there is also the benefit of higher pay. I would like to get my doctoral

degree, but this does require additional years of schooling to earn. The extra years of college to receive my doctoral degree could take anywhere from three to five extra years of college. With that certification, more leadership roles would be possible. There are four different types of doctorate nursing degrees to choose from, which allows each individual to choose the path that is the best fit. Opportunities for Education: For education, I will attend Heritage High School for freshman through senior year.
For my internship, I could work at a local hospital like Blount Memorial Hospital during my education in therapeutic nursing services. The classes I will take: medical therapeutics, health science education, human anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, nursing education and clinical internship.
For a local technical school I would attend Tennessee Tech University (TTU) located in Cookeville,Tennessee.
And for community college, I would go to Pellissippi State Community College for two years located in Knoxville,Tennessee.
For any post-graduate education, I would attend the University of Tennessee (UTK) located in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Employment:
Where nursing is concerned, there will always be needs or opportunities for a job. It seems like there are never enough nurses out there, because there is always a need for them. Maximum staffing is needed because there are so many sick people that you will need to care for everyday. There are about 439,300 jobs available.
The average salary for a Registered Nurse is about
$66,640 a year. This was as of June, 2015. The salary will improve if you get your doctorate degree or work at a high-end
hospital. According to the BLS (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), Registered Nurse jobs are expected to increase by 19% by 2022. This is faster than the national average for any other job sector.

I always wanted to attend to an important college. To me, that meant that the smartest people has to be there and one that had good reputation. After research and research I understood that my life have changed since I got to the United States. As an international student my opportunities were less, since I do not qualify for financial aid. My choices were less, but i realized that that does not stop me in going to college and prepare myself to be someone in life. I do not need to be at the most important college to prove myself how worth it I am. A two-year community college would let me prepare myself for much less cost and with great opportunities. Glendale Community College a small college would be the best place for me as a student. It is a place where I can get more attention for the teachers and I could pursue my career in medicine.
,and Midwest Institute. I chose Jeff Co. as my main choice. There are many reasons I chose this college for instance, it is very close to home. My google maps states, I’m 19.6 mi from Jefferson college (www.google.com) .Being close to home means living at home, low gas prices, and a short drive. In addition, Jefferson College teaches (trains) the profession (HVAC) i’m interested in. MyMajors.com brought Jefferson College, when I typed in HVAC (jeffco.edu.web) . Also, the A+ program pays for the program. My school is connected to Jeff Co.’s college. Jefferson College’s website said, “facilitate the A+ program” (jeffco.edu.web) .That’s important in order to fund my education. Out of the three main choices, Jeff Co. Rained the superior choice due to closeness, and financial

Going to college is a big step in a young person’s life. That is why when going to college; one should know which college they would like to go to. For me personally, the college of my dreams is Louisiana State University. The top three majors at Louisiana State University are Biology, Biomedical engineering, and Business. The main reason I want to go to Louisiana State University is because of their amazing biology department .The main things that caught my attention about Louisiana State University, was how flexible I could be with my money, it isn’t that hard to apply and the admission process is pretty doable, and the campus life is interesting with many clubs and organizations that I could join.

After twelve years of school, where will you go next? Many of you have developed the ambition to prolong your education and attend college. Today, there are many more options than there were in the past. One does not have to graduate high school and go straight to a four year university. It is sometimes better for a student to go to a community college and focus on transfer courses or simply get an Associate’s Degree. On the other hand, there are young adults that prefer to leap straight into a university and focus on the specific program for their Bachelor’s Degree.
Licensed practical nurses (LPN 's) fill an important role in modern health care practices. Their primary job duty is to provide routine care, observe patients’ health, assist doctors and registered nurses, and communicate instructions to patients regarding medication, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes (Hill). A Licensed Practical Nurse has various of roles that they have to manage on a day to day basis, such as being an advocate for their patients, an educator, being a counselor, a consultant, researcher, collaborator, and even a manager depending on what kind of work exactly that you do and where. It is the nursing process and critical thinking that separate the LPN from the unlicensed assistive personnel. Judgments are based
Your post resonated with one of the reason I made the decision to return to school, .preventive medicine and wellness and to be able to meet the challenges of “nursing in the future” in education and health. The idea of contributing my years of experience , in a practice that focuses on (the future of nursing) the health of individuals, communities, and defined populations would be fitting. I so agree with your statement regarding being an acute care nurse; It would be nice to be able to make a difference in the lives of patient and their families concerning their health and wellness, before they end up in an ICU bed with body systems
(“Bureau of Labor and Statistics”). The main reasons why the nursing field is a huge success is because of the growing rate of people developing diabetes and becoming obese, the demand for healthcare services, and the growing rates of chronic conditions and the simple fact that their will always be a need for one. According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, a registered nurse not only works in hospitals but they work other places such as: schools, prisons, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, a doctors office, and they also serve in the military. People who are more advanced in nursing practice or have a bachelor’s degree are the ones that are most sought after. Also nursing homes and home health will have a high demand for registered nurses do to the growing rate of many elderly people. Another thing that would be in high demand or a bonus is if you speak different languages. In order to be a nurse you would have to have patience and be very
Working with new graduate nurses has instilled in me the goal to share my knowledge and expertise with others and to teach others the art of nursing. My short-term goals are to complete the Master’s program by the summer of 2014. My second goal is to secure a job as a nurse educator at a hospital and work with my nurse manager to provide program like in-service to the hospital staff and students. I would like to incorporate my education from State University’s master’s program to assist hospital staff and patients in their learning process, with the use of new technology to facilitate the learning and understanding.
Providing the assistance and showing love for others on a daily basis; is the best way to show people you appreciate and care for them. Accordingly, my dream career (a Registered nurse) is specialized to work in many different areas in the nursing field. Emotional stability, compassion, and caring attributes are very important, often time nurses’ deal with stresses including emergencies and human suffering. Being a Registered nurse you are required to
Texas Tech University is one my dream college because this university has such a fantastic reputation in Texas. The students, faculty, and professors are always willing to help and are very welcoming. Tech has so much organization and resources available for everyone to get involved with.
The career i chose is a branch of the medical field. I chose a career in nursing, more specifically the career path of a registered nurse. This career consists of providing care for people of all ages and helping them with managing their conditions. I chose this career because my mother is an rn and my family has a strong presence in the medical field. It is important to understand the education or training requirements, skills, or talents needed, salary, benefits offered, and the duties for a particular career when making this decision.
A few examples of colleges that you can go to are Harvard, Yale, University of Chicago, Princeton, ASU, and many more. Colleges are all different prices. Sometimes the price just depends on where you go, or how long you're going to have to go there, what majors you want to take, If you want to live at the college, how much the college cost per year, and if you stay in state, or go out of state. You also will have to pay additional costs, like moving and food, and stuff like that.
