Exploring Bandura's Social Learning Theory and Kelly’s Personal Analyzing Theory

Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, has advanced the social cognitive perspective of personality. His theory also emphasizes modeling as a way of learning by observing others and criticizes culture for providing inappropriate models such as aggressive.
In his theory, Bandura assumes that people learn from one another, via observation, and imitation and modeling. There are the main concepts of this theory, including reciprocal determinism, observational learning and modeling.
The reciprocal determinism not only posits that people learn from others through others’ behaviors, attitudes and outcomes of those behaviors, but it also indicates the interacting mutual influences of the person, the environment and the behavior. According to reciprocal
Since we know how to think, we use our personal experiences to explain the world. Through continuous revision and tests to shaping our perception but different people have different cognitive and feeling because everyone based on our own construct to perceive the world.
When we entered into adulthood, each one has a complex model to understand our existence to the world, our personalities. According to Kelly’s personal analyzing theory, we will spend our whole life continuously revising our personalities, even the most seemingly unshakable core constructs that may be challenged by new experience or information, which called construct alternative.
On the other hand, Kelly’s theory is based on one fundamental postulate and eleven corollaries. Our behaviors, motivation and emotions are based on our expectation and the reality. Moreover, our cognitive assumption, our previous experiences, personal constructs and these are often selective viewing, all these affect our expectations.
In the past, I didn’t understand why my friends have different reactions to the same event. For example, occupied central, some of my friends agree and support but some not. Not only for this event, most of time my friends have different opinion and sometimes even extremely
