Funky-Cola to the United Kingdom beverage market. In this paper, the market potential and opportunities of the country would be investigated in order to affirm our decision to enter into the UK market. Funky-Cola has been doing very well in our Malaysian market. Our company’s sales in the year 2003 amounted to over RM2 billion, with
Funky-Cola contributing 25% of the overall revenues. Because of this strong performance, our company believes that Funky-Cola has the potential to be successful in a foreign country. We have pooled together our company’s resources to make a thorough research on the UK market and the R&D department is working towards extending our product line in order to adapt to the country’s market.
With our successful past performances, we believe that our company has enough resources, in terms of capital and managerial expertise, to form a wholly owned subsidiary company in UK. This subsidiary company would mainly produce Funky-Cola for the UK market.
COUNTRY ATTRACTIVENESS
Our company chose to enter the UK market because of its potentials and opportunities. According to a research, the market for the drinks bought by Britons is worth an estimated £51.85 billion in the year
2004, which makes UK the world’s tenth biggest cola market. The research also revealed that 7.2% of all consumers spending are spent on purchasing drinks and Britons drink 130 cans of soft drinks or
43litres per year.
However, Britons are moving towards consuming different kind of drinks, such as squashes, diet colas, energy drinks, tea and so forth. There is also a new breed of health conscious male consumers in the UK. This was due to the increased focus on obesity by the government and media. Therefore, Britons have decreased the frequency of consuming cola drinks. Our company sees this as an opportunity to revive the cola market by producing fusion drinks which combines the traditional cola with the new preferred drinks of Britons. Martin Luther King, Jr. has stood the test of time and proved to be one of the most influential humanitarians in history. As a leading Civil Rights activist of the twentieth century, King has seen man's inhumanity to man with his own eyes; in fact, he himself has been subjected to it. King lived during a time where people were sent to jail for not giving up their seat on the bus, and little boys were physically tortured and mutilated for flirting with another person. In all of this, Martin Luther King was conscious. He lived during a time where oppression was so alive that it was not only expected, it was enforced. In all of this, King did not senselessly fight fire with fire. With a spiritual grounding and a fiery heart, King reached the root of the problem in the most astounding, peaceful manner. He did not allow anger to rise within him, which was an amazing strength given the social turmoil he witnessed with his own eyes. He was a trailblazer, leading the civil rights movement towards victory.
Martin Luther King Jr. was an American activist and leader in the civil rights movement as well as a Baptist Minister. In his brave life, Martin gave us his inspirational speeches and was a crucial essential in the demolishing of legal segregation. He was also a key role in the voting act of 1965 and the creation of the civil rights act in 1964. Martin, along with his other medals of honor won a Nobel Peace prize in 1964. To this day we continue to extol him since his assassination on the April of 1968. We know how it ended but to find out how he came this far we must start from the begging.

As a mainly context, Governments and some Health Care Organizations use the power of mass media to raise the communities’ awareness away from some harmful products such as alcohol, cigarettes and illegal drugs. This essay argues that advertisements play an essential role in sending a health message to population by the anti-smoking, anti-drugs and anti-drinking advertising campaign.
Many successful businesses operated under a set of normative standards, expected behaviors and guidelines that are generally accepted by society (Jennings, 2009). That is, businesses operated under ethical principles that “consist of standards and norms for behaviors that are beyond laws and legal rights” (Jennings, 2009). These ethical principles are reflected in an organization application of trust, integrity, fairness and responsibility. Research groups have identified overarching ethical principles as the application of honesty, fairness, objectivity, and responsibility. A company's use of ethical principles demonstrates solid corporate governance and management (Verschoor, 2011). However, when these principles are deliberately ignored the result is an ethical collapse whereby the organization’s core values of trust, integrity, fairness and responsibility are weakened or diminished. Unfortunately, in the past few decades the reports of such ethical collapses in the business world have been widespread and have received a great deal of attention because of the number and severity of the scandals (McCraw, Moffeit & O’Malley, 2008).
Transcendentalism is one of the most influential movements in ideological and literary fields in American history. It emphasizes the spirit of the universe, which means it admits the existence of the "oversoul." This shows a new view of nature for people; the formation of this idea especially caused people to focus on their "personal"-individual life. Transcendentalism has religious origins and was influenced by romanticism, it tells people to be self reliant, to have self esteem, and to strive to rely on their own strength to ascend and improve their spiritual realm. Ethical behavior among businesses can be enhanced when there are conferences between CEO’s of the organization and their employees talking about the standards of the organization. One way to find out if there is an understanding of ethical behavior is to ask employees if they understand the core values that make up the business. If they do not know them employees may unknowingly be practicing unethical behaviors that the company may not tolerate (2007, Nov 9).
