Long ago, there was lots of spiders that lived in the woods. All the spiders had 8 legs except one spider. The Spiders had 8 legs because they worked very hard. The other spider was just lazy and didn't want to do anything. One day everyone picked on him that he had 6 legs. The spider went somewhere else crying. The next few days he kept crying and crying. Then he stopped crying and said that he was going to earn his 8 legs. The spider built him a house, but he still didn't earn his 8 legs. But the spider kept doing things that would make him stronger. He went out to get his own food and water. A ant came up to the spider and ask could he help but the spider said no. He said I don't need any help because I am trying to earn my 8 legs. Then
The gorillas live mainly in coastal West Africa in the Congo, Zaire, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon. Gorillas live in the rain forest. They usually live on the ground but build nest in trees to sleep in. Gorilla troops keep a 15-20 square mile range which often overlaps the range of other troops. There are three different kinds of gorillas. The eastern lowland gorilla the western lowland and the mountain gorilla. They are herbivores and eat only wild celery, roots, tree bark pulp, fruit, stems of many plants and bamboo shoots. They spend nearly half their day eating.
The next morning a man named Jack Dodd called and told the Hardy's to come quickly. The police were looking for someone who had stolen a car. The police thought they found their man. They found Jack Dodd's fishing rod in the trunk of one of the stolen cars. Jack told the police that he had not put it there and that he was being set up. The cops handcuffed Jack and his father and took them down to headquarters. Later on the police chief came to the Hardy's home telling them that the Dodd's had taken off in their station wagon. The Hardy's had known the Dodd's for a very long time and it just didn't seen like them to break the law.
...lawed him” (King 294). This shows how the lion shaped hedge tried to bite Danny, but when his parents showed up they saw the actual damage to his leg.
However the activities, physical and mental, actions and behaviour demonstrated by the rabbits in Watership Down are typically the things that humans would expect from rabbits. This said, Charlotte’s behaviour in Charlotte’s Web, is what we might expect to see from a human being. Her spinning of the web with a word or two in it is not common activities for spiders. While examining the animal’s actions, partially sheds light on the stories that we are reading. It helps unravel the ideas and advance the plot. It does not however, give us insight into the behaviour, specifically the god-like actions that demonstrate anthropomorphism in both these novels. While all the characters in both these novels are earthly there is usually at least one in each that has some God-like character traits. The anthropomorphism that we see in Charlotte is the prime example being examined from both novels. While Charlotte is Wilbur’s savior and protector, she is still only a spider. White does not give her the physical ability to do things that a spider cannot normally do. Therefore, she must save Wilbur in a way that makes it possible for a spider to do. She spins a web that becomes a miracle, which in turn saves Wilbur from his almost uncertain death. The thought of that is nonsensical within itself. How could a spider have the brainpower to devise such a clever plan to save her friend? This is where White returns to the idea of animals behaving as humans.
The idea, of course, was that the spider is not aware how it spins out its
monkey's paw and made his third and final wish. Just as he made his wish the
Theridiidae is a family of spiders called comb-foot spiders. The reason Theridiidae is called comb-foot spiders is because they have a row of setae on their fourth pair of legs. This helps the spiders to wrap their silk around the prey to capture it. Some of the species in this family have a practice of sexual cannibalism. Sexual cannibalism is when the female spider eats the male after they mate. The Theridiidae is known as the cobweb spiders. The types of the Theridiidae spiders I will be discussing are the widow spiders or know by the genus name Latrodectus. There are a lot of myths that people believe about the widow spiders, which make people afraid of them. I will give a description about them and correct any miss inform idea about them.

Arachnida is a subphylum of Arthropoda, consisting of over 100 000 species, many of them being parasites which can carry disease. They are found in all environments, and mostly have eight legs, which is a feature, together with the fact that they do not have wings or antennae, often used to distinguish them from the other subphyla, though there are exceptions. They include spiders, scorpions, ticks and mites. Their bodies are divided up into three parts: the cephalothorax, the opisthosoma and the thorax, and use a type of lung for gas exchange. Most Arachnids are carnivorous, and eat pre-digested insects and other small animals. They reproduce using internal reproduction usually lay eggs, except for the scorpion which bears living young. The word ‘Arachnid’ comes from the Greek word ‘Arachne’ meaning ‘spider’.
First distinguishable element includes imagery. “Ever unreeling them [filament], ever tirelessly speeding them [filament]” (“Noiseless” 5), Whitman demonstrates how the spider moves in detail, focusing
