F. Scott Fitzgerald’s (Motif) Analytical Essay
In the book, “Great Gatsby”, Fitzgerald dawns upon several cheating couples. Throughout the book you continue to hear about characters of different social statuses along with their little secrets. Social status seems to be highly important in this time period and that’s one of the reasons people were quick to rush into marriage. Cheating is a common recurrence in this book, ending tragically.
