Globalization helps restrict movement of products, and ideas across national borders and regional lines. Bill Gates once said, “this is a very exciting time in the world of information. It's not just that the personal computer has come along as a great tool. The whole pace of business is moving faster. Globalization is forcing companies to do things in new ways.” I believe that the current stage of globalization is a good thing because, it’s creating jobs in third world countries, creating cheaper prices on products, and it’s creating competition between businesses.

There are seven billion people in the world, and approximately one point two billion of those people are living in extreme poverty. However, due to globalization, it has benefited some of those people living in extreme poverty, especially the people of India.
