First of all, peoples are becoming more and more reckless that they can even forget to look after their personal health status and safety. For example, one might not be careful enough to buy an item (food) where the condition is good in a shopping mall, Tesco. Therefore, they might fall into the ‘trap’ of buying an expired food or nearly expired products which can categories in Quality management problem in Tesco Malaysia. Products in bad quality may cause a lot of bad consequences after consuming it. Problem will arise affecting both customer and also the owner of the mall.
Problems that will be subjected to customer who ignorantly bought the spoilt products or food may result in food poisoning, nutritional value and taste change. Uncooked meats and eggs are the usual suspects when it comes to food poisoning, but any food that has expired might lead to a growth of the bacteria that can lead to food-borne illness.
