Today half of female migrants have permanent job, 34 % have temporary job and 8 % are working on contract basis. The percentage of temporary man workers is 13, 2%. It means that such workers increase economy of Mumbai. They do works and pay taxes. By that migrants develop the city. Others work in Multinational Companies, non-governmental organizations and semi governmental institutions. They do works which other citizens do not want. People just look for an opportunity to find a job here, which allow them to live in prosperity.
