...food they help build your confidence and it feels good to be appreciated. That is also success.
You can have both personal and professional success. Your goals help determine what type of success you have. People sometimes only have one or the other because if you are only looking for money, you will probably only have professional success and not personal. If you are looking to have people look up to you and actually appreciate you then you have personal success. It's not hard to have both but during work people tend to forget what they work for and I want to have both. I want people to want to be like me and I want them to admire me at the same time.

Different people have different interpretations of what success means to them. For some, success is measured by social status and wealth; for others success is determined only by the amount of happiness one feels.
At the time, Ray Kroc was selling multi-mixer machines for milkshakes and McDonald’s had already purchased eight of his machines. Wondering why this restaurant was using eight of his machines, he decided to visit the restaurant and was really taken back by how efficient the restaurant was being operated. Being a businessman himself, Krock eagerly spoke with the McDonald brothers about expanding their operations towards Chicago and the east coast where Kroc was from. Reluctant at first, the brothers eventually agreed to let Kroc handle all operations of franchising and in return Ray Kroc would give the McDonald brothers half of the sales. Kroc had a bigger vision of expanding all over the states, and becoming the number one fast-food chain in America. He wanted to perfect the production side of the operation and offer the same consistency in the food that McDonald 's offers anywhere in the states. In 1955 Kroc opened McDonald’s System, Inc. Now Kroc was able to not only run his own restaurant but also find other franchisees and expand the business even

I set goals, and I do what it takes to make them happen, by dedicating my time, intelligence, skills to achieve them. I make sure that at the end of the day I can be proud of my work, knowing that I invested myself a hundred percent. Goals are a very important aspect of life, they are like maps that guides you, because if you do not know where you are going, how would you know when you get there. All aspects of my life are intertwine, and accomplishing something in my personal life have repercussion on how I feel in my professional life, and vice versa. Filled with family, friends, love, happiness, and that is what I use to determines how successful I feel.
Personal success for me is being able enjoy little things that life has to offer. For instance; understanding and appreciating diversity. To have someone to love and treasure, to meet the right person, fall in love, and get marry. To feel that I’m able to love my child and pass on wisdom to him .Feeling that someone loves me, is something that makes me completely happy and successful. Because I believe that without love, life is not thoroughly complete, thus never truly achieve success. I believe that, by being mentally and physically healthy, I have achieved personal success. When I get home to see my loving husband, my loved child, and then I’m able to sit down, relax and appreciate life, then I’m successful in my own right.
