Ecological shifts are threatening billions of coastal residents around the world. Planet Earth is shifting severally. Temperatures are rising, glaciers are melting, hurricanes are growing stronger, and oceans are expanding and covering coasts at disturbing rates. Many people question the reason of sea rise levels. But it is not a myth, scientist have proven that the icebergs 1that sit on Greenland and Antarctica land are melting at a rapid rate. But unfortunately, that is not the biggest contributor to this problem. Most of the sea rise levels are a cause of the rising temperatures of the water in the top surface of the oceans. The concept of fun and technology are viewed as a whole in the eyes of our generation. The average Children prefer to play with their iPad than outdoors. American student spends about 4 hours on their cellphone daily. Some of this time is wasted in non-communicative, non-intellectual or non-wellbeing applications. That is time spent with no brain stimulation. Pier Pleasure turns around this wasted time and redefines it as a playful personal growth. Play is something that brings us pleasure; and with our present technology, play expresses a shift in reality. The modernist interior aesthetics of Pier Pleasure are filled with entertainment experiences that mix story telling and architecture with special effects. In a way, theater and architecture are similar.
