Immigrants apparency don't show the way they are some might look like bad people but they are actually very kind and friendly people should just all be equal . the thing that matters is how friendly they are . people should just support immigrants and stop treating them like they're something else . immigrants end up being the most kind people and also there food and cultural are the best . united states have all kinds of cultural and one of them is mexican cultural they also celebrate mexican cultural stuff and also make mexican food . People don't accept immigrants but yet they eat mexican or the stuff immigrants cultural do. All the fruit , vegetables etc come from farms that immigrants work on and take care of. If it wasn't for the
immigrants the fresh fruit would be well maintained and the fruit and vegetables wouldn't be cut or freshly made. We all have hearts everybody are the same we should all just be equal and keep america how it was as a “Free Country” and support immigrants and stop making them look as the bad people. They might go through more bad moments than the people that actually have papers.
And the people that accept the other cultures are actually defending these immigrates, fighting to defend a culture that they are not a part of, due to the fact that they accept the fact that everyone should have a voice and should be able to live their lives the way they want. Many individuals may have gone back, but the ones that decided to stay integrated their cultures into the Americans. They brought their cultures, traditions, languages, food, and so much more intelligence, they stayed passed their information to their descendants and to anyone who wanted to learn. Like recently in the Presidential Debates immigration continues to be a topic of discussion once again, just like in previous years. With the levels of immigration only increasing towards this twenty first time period, the election has sparked a debate on whether or not to allow the immigrate, illegal immigrates to stay or to kick them out of the country they came to seek solace, refugee or anything else they are seeking to
Today, in common culture, people expect their food right when they want it. Food takes time. It takes time to grow, in a paper by Steve Sexton called “The Inefficiency of Local Food” he claims that Idaho produces 30 percent of the countries potatoes. These potatoes take time to grow. They cannot just be magically grown. They need water, sunlight, and rich soil. People tend to forget this when thinking about their favorite foods. All they can think of is devouring these delectable foods. These foods also
US built in the diversity, people from the different group get together and created the great nation. In order to help for the citizens to get comfortable government created the welfare, food stamps, community colleges or learning programs. But at the end society turn to the people back and make them look as a not useful people that has to be get rid of. Once there are need need for the people in the job such as chip labor in the farms, factories etc., it make sense to accept immigrants, although when there is labor exceed and the demand decline it is time to through the people away by deporting them
The United States of America has the largest foreign-born population in the world. With nearly thirteen percent of the total population being foreign-born, one may find it hard to imagine an immigrant-free country (U.S. Bureau of the Census). Immigration has been an integral part of the United States’ overall success and the country’s economy since it was established and without it, would have never been founded at all. Although there are some negative issues associated with immigration and many native-born Americans believe to be more of a problem than a solution, overall it actually has a positive effect. Immigrants in America, among other things, fill jobs where native-born Americans may not want to work or cannot work, they contribute to Social Services and Medicaid through taxes and they help provide the backbone of America, especially by working jobs that natives may have not even considered.
...immigrants made sacrifices. Not only were the parents affected but children were also affected. By looking at situations from a Immigrants point of view and how they express things the way they do, you will be able to see that they are more than grateful for the opportunities given to them.
Immigrants came here for the same reason that families have always come here, and that is the American dream. Immigration started in the 1840s and will most likely never stop, but our country needs to take more action in controlling it. United States citizens like to believe that people should have the chance to better themselves. That is why people come to the United States to make things better for themselves. Immigrants come here to have freedom of religion, to be able to have a proper education and to have better paying jobs.
Immigrants have enhanced our culture by making it a combination of everyone’s diverse customs and traditions and, allowing us to enjoy different things. They bring in innovated ideas and success which benefits our economy and creates jobs. Immigration has also allowed people from different countries to seek opportunity and an escape to gain freedom and rights. America’s economy has been boosted, many different cultures have been brought together as one, and people are able to succeed and find opportunity because of
Some would say, quotes John F. Kennedy, “Everywhere immigrants have enriched and strengthened the fabric of American life.” Thus, in today’s society, we can say that immigrants are what made America possible—economically and socially. We are in a melting pot era where the impossible was made possible. From the time John F. Kennedy was elected in 1960, making a promise to change the national origins system to unite the nations of all countries equally. Hence, in 1965, under Lyndon Johnson’s administration, Kennedy’s promise came into light, amending the INS—favoring unification of families, not national origins. Although, the unification was made possible, the peacefulness never lasted.
America is known famously throughout the world with the nickname 'The melting pot.' The reason behind this is that America is extremely diverse and has many different people. Immigrants give America the chance to know the culture of many countries. They bring in their culture, religion, economic benefits, and ideology to America. I believe that the United States should allow legal immigrants from all over the world because they bring many benefits to it. Immigrants are a positive influence on United States of America.
Many people have come to America for a better life and to get away from all the troubles of their homeland. These immigrants, like those throughout U.S. history, are generally hard workers and make important contributions to the economy through their productive labor and purchasing power. America is considered a melting pot of many diffrent ethinic group. Immigrants should be able to enter America with little if any resistance from any border patrol. Immigrants in america take the low paying, hard labor jobs that , unfortunately, some americans don't want.
Immigration has been part of America since before the 17th century. America has evolved into what it is today due to immigration; however immigration as negative effects as well. Immigration is the building blocks for America. Every one that lives in America today are here because their ancestors immigrated here long ago. Over the years immigration as evolved into a more sophisticated matter. There are many laws they have been put in place to monitor and stop immigration. Immigration I a big factor in America but must be done correctly to insure Americas safety.
Its people like Donald Trump that try to give them a bad rep just because they need someone to blame and that seems like an easy target. Immigrants are made to look like they come into America and take Americans jobs. I have always said that if an immigrant who doesn’t speak English comes and seals a job from you it was never really your job. Immigrants come to America to have a better life but most of them get low wages and no benefits but to them it doesn’t matter because it
The American Dream is that dream of a nation in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with options for each according to capacity or accomplishments. It is a dream of social stability in which each man and each woman shall be able to achieve to the fullest distinction of which they are essentially competent, and be distinguished by others for what they are, despite of the incidental conditions of birth or stance. People consider America the land of opportunities, a new beginning to a new life in which they can strive and succeed. America is known as the land of the free where if you have the perseverance you can achieve what you want from life. However does the American Dream apply to even those of color equally? Does the American Dream favor those who aren't Caucasian but of different pigments and ethnicities? Throughout history, immigrants and people of color have been cut short from certain carriers or occupations due to their race or ethnicity. An example from history was when The Irish migrated to the United States during the Great Irish Famine in the 19th century and they were banned from finding jobs or careers. When the Americans saw the Indian citizens who became citizens based off marriage back in the day succeeding in their business careers they passed on a law that stopped the Indians from marrying Americans which made the Indians lose their land owning right and businesses. When the African American slaves were first brought onto US land, they had no other option yet to be a slave and work under the command of Americans while the Americans set out to fulfill their American dreams. Have things changed around however throughout history? In my opinion, it is more unrealistic than realistic today...
For example Immigrants housekeeping, Sewing machine operator and Tailors. Many normal people do not take these type of jobs but Immigrants have to take them to get work. That is only 1 of the many risk Immigrants have to take in order to survive like us to live in this world. All they want to do is just get an normal life because they hear America is the land of the free but certain people teach them badly. Many Immigrant pay taxes like us even though they are classified as second class citizens. They should be able to pay less taxes than us. They pay more than Donald Trump in taxes. Undocumented immigrants pay 12 billion taxes each year. Many of them can not even get an green car because how much money it takes.Immigrants serve in many different ways. For example many of them have jobs and many try to speak but can`t. Many immigrants are very smart and can get very good jobs to help America. Some citizens of America can´t even get jobs. Most immigrants actually have jobs just to pay taxes or loans they take from banks or
My Problem is in fact that we treat immigrants, as they are worthless; they do nothing for this government or our economy. However due to them, we have this government today. We have depended on immigrants since the beginning of time. Technically we are all immigrants to our very own country. I’m not saying we need to allow more immigrants into the U.S; however I’m saying that there are resources and benefits that can come from them. We need to be less strict on workers’ rights and allow them to create their own business.
