Human rights are entitled and protected by law. It asserts that every person is free and equal in dignity and rights without regard to race, religion, religious creed, color, gender, and ethnic or national origin. Also, it is the foundation of rights that encourages people to live peacefully in society. However, people do not really understand the whole concept of Human Rights, and they are usually taken their rights by authorities such as government or other organizations. Peru is the country that frequently has violent crimes. First crime that associates with this freedom is violation crime from protest. In 22 May 2014, around 100 people were injured from protest in Lima. Four of the victims were killed and one of them was a police officer. As a consequence, the government deploys an army to that area in order to solve the conflict in Lima. The reason why police cannot handle the protest effectively is because international human rights law and standard does not allow police to use force in normal circumstance. The victim called the police for help. The police told her to be patient and stayed in safe place while the police was trailing the address of message’s owner. Dayana report is revealing about a nightclub that serve inside a prison in Lima. The report is beneficial for an investigation that is conducted by the prison’s director, Colonel Eduardo Garcia de La Cruz; because of that useful report the director succeeded wiping out the nightclub. However, in 23 July 2015, the reporter had to face with the intimidation again. In that day, the reporter was followed and attacked by secret motorcycle driver.
