JUSTIFICATION OF AN ISSUE
Parents and families have the right to contribute directly to the curriculum in early childhood.
The sense of belonging is an important and fundamental value in our children’s lives. We endeavour to provide children with a positive and welcoming environment that respect children’s right to be surrounded by love, friendship and inclusion. We provide a family-focused atmosphere that maximises opportunities for learning and development. Babies first attached within their families and within other trusting relationship provided them with a secure base for exploration and learning. Through a widening network of secure relationship, children develop confidence and feel respected and valued. According to National Quality resource hub in National Quality standards are:
Quality Area 6 emphases on collective associations with families. Teamwork is essential in accomplishing excellence in outcomes for children. Quality Area 6 also emphases on communal partnerships that are constructed on active communication, discussion and association.
