EXECUTE SUMMARY Consumer behaviour is consider one of the many reasons that marketers are concern in marketing, because it involves personal, situational, psychological, and social aspects which define why people buy and use goods and services then sometimes they become loyal customers who spread their loyalty to others. The Consumer Behavior Report is designed to give marketers an insight into the consumer process of an international student living in Melbourne. One week of her purchases was collected, categorized and analyzed using excel spreadsheet. The report examines data from 44 items then all those were expressed in graphs to easy understanding. However, due to her new life with her boyfriend, she had to change her consumer behavior, for example now her priorities are groceries instead of clothes, also she is buying some products now that she did not buy before. According to the Roy Morgan Values Segments she belongs to Young Optimism segment, which is related with optimistic people who are seeking to improve their prospects in life to find a respected place in society. (Roy Morgan, 2015). And, at the same time she is thinking in how to improve her future with her boyfriend and how she can enjoy her young life, for that reason she is planning their holidays. 2. THE CONSUMER DECISION PROCESS This is process that every person makes before a purchase. Because taking decisions to buy any good or services is a cognitive process of selecting a course of action from among multiples alternatives.
