Today we will take a look at the inerrancy of the Bible and what it means.

We live in a time that many are to reluctant take a stand when confronted with error. We need to ask the question, like Pilate, “What is truth?” We’ve grown accustomed to being lied to, from politicians and even preachers.

When we look at the doctrine of biblical inerrancy, it is an important question because the truth does matter.
The 1st statementin in our Decerlation of Faith,
We believe In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.
The very nature of inspiration renders the Bible infallible, which means that it cannot deceive us. It is inerrant in that it is not false, mistaken, or defective.
There are two terms used in the study of the Bible
Let us take a good look at just what the Bible does say about this controversy.

1. God gave Moses the tablet he had made himself and wrote on them.

Exodus 31:18 “And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.” KJV

Moses came down from the presents of God and saw the people with their golden Calf, and in anger he broke the stones.
God made Moses do the work in making new stones.
{Moses is the first person to break the 10 Commandments.}

2. Exodus 34:1 “And the LORD said unto Moses, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first: and I will write upon these tables the words that were in the first tables, which thou brakest” KJV

Moses made the stones and God wrote on them.

Moses wrote upon the tables of stone the covenant and the Ten
