A lot of women can state that it 's their body they can do whatever to it, but aborting a child that can simply be put up to adoption and get a loving home with someone who actually had or has been trying to have a baby but can 't it not good at all. This case was a special case because some parents who couldn 't have a baby decided to pay a lady named Mary Beth Whitehead and made a contract with her. The contracted consisted of the Stern family paying Whitehead ten thousand dollars in order to carry their child and give birth to the child and give the child up for adoption so they can adopt the child. Here is the catch though William Stern was the only one who participated in the surrogacy and gave Whitehead the sperm to create the child and since Williams wife couldn 't reproduce they used Whitehead’s egg. Which meant it was still Whiteheads baby. So at the end of this case the Sterns ended up suing Whitehead but Whitehead ended up winning because accepting the money was meant as selling the baby which was against the …show more content…

Yes I consider abortion bad, but a lot of people don 't. It is just really up to yourself to think what is good and what is bad. I still think having the baby and putting it up for adoptions. A lot of women out there feel bad for a killing a life, but they shouldn 't really because they were the ones who went to the doctor 's office and decided to abort the situation. No one who has killed a baby should have the right to say “it is my body I have the choice to do whatever to it” and then say “don 't judge me I did a horrible decision.” No one has the right to feel bad for them because they could of simply gave away the baby up, and gave a baby a nice loving
