During those ages when we are just a little kid, we dreamt to be a superhero that could protect the world from being attacked or destroyed by enemies. We always worship to the superheroes that we liked when we watch the superheroes movies. Not only that, we also even act as them by using a scarf, tie on our necks and crazy around with our friends. Recently, I adored with two kinds of superhero movies after I watched them. Those movies are The Kick-Ass 2 and The X-Men 2 which mainly attract teenager’s attention nowadays when they plan to watch a movie. However, there are many differences between these two superheroes movie that we could see from their abilities, costume, and even their operation when they fight criminal.
One of the differences between these two movies is their abilities to fight with enemies. As we know that, most of the superheroes have own abilities like super powers to protect the world from being destroyed by enemies and sometimes they received their super powers by accident or chance which frequently related with scientific misgivings. For example, in the X-Men movie, Scott Summers received his ability through an accident when he went to the Blue high school prom with his date, Selina Ki. That time, his eyes began to hurt after bumping into a wall. Even though he was able to see fine at first, but he unable to control it and started to destroy everything in his line of sight with his new optic blast vision as he opened his eyes in the prom. However, there are some superheroes that did not have any of the super powers but still can be a powerful superhero. From this statement, we could see from The Kick-Ass 2 movie that showed Hit Girl fight with criminal by using her well learned martial arts and weapons in th...

...self and the man that she loves; Scott Summers included the Wolverine in the X-Men movie. Not only that, Mindy Macready who is the superhero of Hit Girl interested with her ally, Dave Lizewski, an ordinary teenager that wants to become a superhero due to help others in trouble and named himself as Kick-Ass. In the end of the Kick-Ass 2 movie, she kissed Dave after she mentioned that she have to leave New York as she have to protect her adopted parent, Marcus Williams from police inquiry.
To conclude that both movies have own special traits that attract a lot of audience to watch these movies even though in these movies have contained violence and sexuality scene that seemly not suitable for children to watch. Furthermore, I’m really thought that both movies are good suggestions to entertain people during free time as both are very interesting and nice to watch.
In conclusion, details involving the characters and symbolic meanings to objects are the factors that make the novel better than the movie. Leaving out aspects of the novel limits the viewer’s appreciation for the story. One may favor the film over the novel or vice versa, but that person will not overlook the intense work that went into the making of both. The film and novel have their similarities and differences, but both effectively communicate their meaning to the public.
Let’s discuss a little bit of comic book history for starters. The most iconic superhero in all of American comic book history has got to be Superman. He was created near the beginning of superhero comic books and debuted in Action Comics #1 in 1938[1]. He would remain as the blueprint for many superheroes for years to come as the atypical white American male. But as the years go by there were comic book heroes that came out that go against this archetype such as Wonder
...tail. Also, many camera angles that exploit the atmosphere of sexuality make these films very similar in the eyes of a regular viewer. Both movies allow the viewer to experience how life is much tougher under social pressures from the point of view of many characters. Not only do these movies focus on small details in various scenes, they show the complexity of making movies while incorporating a unique story line and keeping the viewer involved with each and every characters problems.
Perceptions of the superhero and supervillain are mainly based on subjective definitions of each concept. These observations often lead to a definitive dichotomy that precisely splits characters into two impermeable divisions. However, this stringent separation is unable to account for the characters that are not at the extreme ends of their respective side. Neither is this rift capable of classifying characters that flirt with both sides of the superhero-supervillain dichotomy. Therefore it is imperative to analyze the established criteria for both superhero and supervillain to derive a more adequate explanation. Most superheroes are not easily characterized, but rather fall somewhere between Superman, the bastion of moral purity, and Doctor Doom, the display of indubitable corruption. This solicits genesis of an entirely new notion about the differences between superheroes and supervillains. A more precise idea is that superheroes and supervillains are lined on a spectrum that spans from pure good to pure evil. Disparities between superheroes and supervillains are not black and white, but rather these characters are on a spectrum that radically changes based on individual cases.
These two films are very different from other crime movies, and break the classical genre of crime. They can be considered as revisionists, and put a twist on the typical crime movies. In the classical genre of crime it is always consist of the same thing which include traditional criminals; only caring about themselves, seen as an anti-hero, agent of oppression by taking from anyone just to get rich, taking advantage of the system (for their own purposes), and wanting to live the American Dream. Whereas in the revisionist have this unique way of making the audience fall in love and have them rooting for the criminals, this is because; they critic what is right and wrong with society, show the oppression of the people, are one of the people, a social rebels, and most of all they know who they are and where they come from.
Which comic production do you think is better, Marvel or DC Comics? People these days have raves and wars over which team has more fans. Think about this, which major team would win fighting against each other? The Avengers or the Justice League? DC has a way of creating characters with characteristics that no one could ever think of. If the Avengers and the Justice League went up against each other, DC Comics would put up a major fight and destroy the Avengers.
Watching a good movie is fun, but evaluating a movie and analyzing it to dissect its similarities and differences with a similar movie is much more engaging. The two movies I have recently seen were "Daredevil" and "Elektra" and they are both based off of comic book cartoons. Immediately one can see how these two movies could be similar, but I think that having the movies based off of comics is where their differences truly shine. Between the two movies, I say "Elektra" is better because of several key criteria that I was able to spot: character development, the "all hope is lost" scene, and the special effects.
Every child in the United States has heard or read the Marvel and DC comics books. If you have not then you have probably have heard of their characters like the famous star spangled hero, Captain America, or the Dark Knight himself, Batman. Both Marvel and DC has influenced the children and adults of American in its darkest times. The great wars affected many by its poisonous grasps, and its victims sought comfort with the antidote provided by the marvelous illustrators and writers of comic books. Now their cinematic counterparts are here to inspire the 21st century. The Marvel and DC cinematic universes have similar content, they both have unique characteristics that set them apart.
Have you ever wondered why? I know I have. Both present a dystopian future with a bleak vision of the world. Some have tried to make the world a better place. People can escape for brief moments into a deep book or movie such as these, but are petrified after it’s over, that they are eternally doomed with what they have in reality.
The ultimate test of a good sequel is its ability to stand alone. X2: X-Men United passes this test with flying colors. Though the story line follows the classic good versus evil paradigm, it is not dependent on the original X-Men movie to tell its story. X2’s plotline twists keep the viewer wondering about the loyalties of characters that appear at one moment to switch to the good side, and then just as easily revert to their roles as bad guys. Requiring the viewer to ask, “How do we know who we can trust?”
Like snowflakes no two superheroes are alike, Key Man and Batman are no exception. At first glance they could be the same: Two superheros out to protect and save their city, deceased parents, a light that projects their amazing symbol to beckon them when needed, and on the list goes. However, the two are night and day. Key Man and Batman are alike and different in aspects such as: childhood, powers, integrity, life choices, and their overall goal as a superhero.
What defines these characters is that they have made a choice to be superheroes. In the cases of the last two categories of superhero, the ability was usually thrust upon the hero or they are born with the ability. Batman and Iron Man chose to be superheroes and could quit at any time. Without any special abilities they are just like the average person, which is a large part of their appeal. The best Batman and Iron Man stories deal with the consequences of the two men making the choice to put their lives at risk to be a superhero.
Conclusion I will describe these movie as emotional and politically story based on hate, violence, revenge and murder.
Batman, Superman, and Ironman are prominent superheroes in the media who are primarily admired by innocent boy and girls. These fictional characters fight injustice with bravery and selflessness, providing a false image of real heroes to children. How many of these idolized figures are still thought of in the same way after 10 or 15 years? While these fake perceptions of heroes sustain an income for our entertainment industry, everyone should be praising those who truly sacrificed for the benefit of the community. The real heroes are often neglected as we obsess over these imaginary characters. Although the media often recognizes a hero as a flamboyantly dressed man in some suit with a logo, the true heroes are the altruistic and motivational people who overcome personal desires, accept the challenge, and dedicate their life for the welfare of others by overcoming the difficulties of the challenge.
These powers or traits help the hero fight crime, and is also what makes them stand out. Every hero has a special ability or power, Thor has super strength, Bruce Banner turns into a green giant, and Spider-Man has spider senses. Super powers are given to make individuals seem extraordinary, they are make an average person become above average. With these powers or abilities given, heroes have to put them to good use. A lot of heroes don’t exactly know how to use their powers at first, which is why they train and learn to control them. Everyone knows that with a lot of power comes great responsibility. Having a super power for heroes means they have to be responsible for the well-being of the citizens in their cities, and doing the right thing. Villains, on the other hand, use their powers for evil and for more
