In Heartaches-Bad Boy Vibes, the story has a main character we follow as she experiences a variety of circumstances. She ends up making an alli who wants to help her overcome the obstacles she has faced and along the story line, she finds out he has had to work though his own obstacles. While they both have suffered trust issues, they are able to find trust within one another to share their pasts and work together to find a better future. In the end, they find out their pasts are more similar than they originally thought and it will take team work to accomplish their goals. They want to work together to take down the ones who have hurt them. I would rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I have a few reasons why I would rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. It is apparent effort went into proofreading the book. The structure of how the story unfolds is easy to follow. One area that could use some clarification is when Anna returns to the school and faces the father as the teacher for her one class. The story makes it sound like she is in front of the class, yet the teacher is touching her. Is he somehow hidden from the view of the classmates? If he is running the class, which it sounds like he is, could it be changed that his other son is under the desk touching her? It is a little confusing how he is leading the class yet is somehow touching her without the classmates knowing, except his son in the class. Adding some extra words could provide clarity to what is taking place. Additionally, the prologue is well written, but it may over do the use of appealing to all of the senses. There is a lot of description in the prologue, that isn't found in the rest of the story, that makes the reader feel overwhelmed. It may be helpful to sum things up in the prologue with less description. The reader could feel lost with as much as is
