The Students’ Perception towards the System of Payment of Tuition in the University of Mindanao, these reading helps the researchers in seeing the impact of the study as seen by other community as a whole.

Online Tuition Payments
According to Michael D. Baybusky (2013), the easiest way for self-financing students to pay their fees is through the secure online payments system. Alternatively, fees may be paid by electronic bank transfer or cheque/bankers draft and in payment, a student may not be registered until all financial obligations to the College may not be satisfied and if the student who has not fulfilled all financial obligations they might be barred from obtaining any transcripts or from registering for the next semester.
According to the University of Edinburgh (2013), tuition fees and related charges should be paid on or before admission to college or university at the time during which a school holds classes and each new academic session. Students who are personally liable to pay any portion of their fees are allowed to make any arrangements under the University’s instalment strategy.
Paying of tuition bills must be notified to authorities concerned in the institution depending on the timetable or details arrangements. There should be a period, particularly a measure of duration. The transmitting of cleared transactions of fund from the one who pays will takes a couple of times after the posting of confirmation.

According to University of South Wales (2012) The Online Payments System are able to see all individual invoices generated by the University’s Revenue Unit and current outstanding balance. The students will be able to make payments directly against each invoice within the system. When accessing the account, there may be additional processing required reducing the balance.
According to University of the West of Scotland (2013), students have the choice of making a one off-payment or can set up a recurring payment plan. The school will not offer if the University is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PSI DSS) to ensure information is secure. The university added security, card holders may be required to insert security information that might have been set up with their bank for online payments.
