The Starbucks franchise would not be anywhere close to their accomplishments without the support of the farmers, workers, and overall determination to be the best that it can be. Starbucks is the place where people can come together to get there daily fix of caffeinated beverages. It is one of the most if not the most popular coffee franchises in the world. People do not realize that our franchise is facing, and attempting to succeed over various obstacles in order to keep Starbucks up, running, and at full speed and maximum efficiency. Not only do these problems being solved help the franchise, but also, it helps the world as a whole as I will explain.

The first and the biggest of our problems is the farming industry. This is the glue of the franchise. Without the farmers, we would not be where we are today. These are the people in our franchise who grow our coffee. This is only a small part of the process. In 2004 we launched C.A.F.E.. This helped our goal of being 100% ethically sourced. C.A.F.E. has improved the sustainability immensely for our franchise, and is going to continue to improve our franchise as long as it lives. You make think that farming has little to do with anything, and that it's not hard to farm coffee, but be in mind they go through their own set of problems as well. We strive to connect with everyone. If we don't have everyone we don't have business. We encourage all kinds of races to work for our franchise. This attracts everyone to our stores because they feel comfortable there knowing that we are a diverse franchise. We promote great education opportunities. It is our goal to reach college students as much as possible so they can join our family in Starbucks. The results of this is that more and more people jump on the Starbucks bandwagon everyday.
