In this film, we see further development of the characters and of the titanic struggle between the evil Galactic Empire and the Rebel Alliance that is attempting to restore freedom to the galaxy. This movie was beloved by critics and fans alike.
Although this film does not immerse the viewer into the action as quickly as the beginning of the first movie in the franchise, it also does not take long to blow viewers socks off with tremendous action. At the beginning of the film, we are given the background that sets the stage for this movie with a crawl of text that fades into the distance as it goes up the movie screen in a fashion that is unique

to Star Wars movies. We are informed that the rebels were driven out of the base from which they had destroyed the Death Star. This film, therefore, opens with the empire desperately searching for the rebels who are now hiding on the planet Hoth. It does not take long for the empire to find the rebels. When they do, one of the best ground battles in science-fiction cinema takes place on Hoth as they struggle to escape the empire's clutches. Before this, however, Luke and Han have an adventure of their own on the cold, inhospitable surface of Hoth, when Luke gets into trouble and Han has to help him. This film continues the adventures of the main characters from the first film in the series. With Governor Tarkin killed at the end of the first movie, Darth Vader continues on as the main character leading the empire's forces in pursuit of the rebels. Princess Leia leads the rebels along with the characters of Luke Skywalker and Han Solo with his trusty Wookiee co-pilot Chewbacca. An epic ground battle ends up with the rebels being forced off the planet. Upon their escape from Hoth, the movie splits into two main story lines. Han and the Princess, along with the robotic comic relief of C-3PO, are pursued relentlessly by Darth Vader's forces from the moment they leave Hoth. Their exploits take them through a nail-biting scene in an asteroid field, and they end up at a beautiful cloud city. Luke, on the other hand, takes off from Hoth in his X-wing fighter, with his trusty robotic companion R2-D2, to head to the planet Dagobah to be trained by the last surviving Jedi Master named Yoda. If the Star Wars universe is known for any single thing, this would be the concept of the Force.
This was described by Obi-Wan Kenobi in the first Star Wars film as an energy field that binds the universe together. Those who are possessed with what are known as Jedi powers are able to use the Force to enable them to perform amazing feats. Much of the action in this installment involves Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine trying to capture Luke Skywalker and convert him to the dark side of the Force that they use for evil.
The drama escalates toward the end as Leia, Han and Chewbacca are used by Darth Vader to lure Luke away from his Jedi training with the enigmatic Yoda and into a trap. What ensues as a result is both good and bad news for the Rebel Alliance as they end up gaining a new ally named Lando Calrissian but also losing a trusted friend. The ending of this installment perfectly sets up the beginning of the next movie in the franchise.
“Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back” is regarded by many fans as the best of all the Star Wars films. In the beginning, it definitely lives up to its title as the Galactic Empire does indeed strike back and drive the rebels from their new base. It also establishes hope for the future in that most of the rebel forces survive, and we see their fleet at the end of the film. This fleet and the main characters are then instrumental in the next film in one of the greatest sagas on the big

However the film had some flaws. The beginning failed at establishing strong characters. Most of the characters in the film had no in depth personality and instead were just objects to push the story forward. On the other hand, the ending of the film was very effective. It lead well into the beginning of A New Hope. It ends with the rebels fleeing from Vader while A New Hope begins with Darth Vader boarding the rebels ship. Also the audience got an explanation to why the Death Star was so easy to destroy. Galen Erso designed the planet killer with a flaw in the the center of the star. This allowed the rebels to easily blow it up in A New Hope. Rogue One accomplishes its main goal of developing a story outside of the normal episodes in the

Luke is willing to sacrifice his own life to rescue Princess Leia. Skywalker finds Obi-Wan Kenobi and together they take R2-D2 to Alderaan, like the princess instructed. After they find a pilot, they
Since the Director's Cut, Blade Runner seems to have had a phoenix-like resurgence. Just as the simulated humans, or replicants, become more than the sum of their parts as they develop "humanity", so the film has become more than the sum of its parts as interaction - among critics and fans as well as scriptwriters, actors and film crew - contributes to ways of seeing. Scott describes depth in film as like a seven hundred-layer cake.5 Ideas presented in these layers can expand and deepen in the viewer's mind. The viewer's eye becomes as important for the ongoing life of the film as the eyes on which the camera focuses in Blade Runner.6

What can I say about "Empire of the Sun" other than it is a brilliant book, "Empire of the Sun" is not about the end; it's all about the journey. Knowing that's going to happen is irrelevant, it's how things happen that's important and how people react to the events.
The film opens with what appears to be an 18th century ball with Russian officers escorting their dates through the snow and into the Hermitage. These first few moments give an immediate feel of how the film will be laid out and what we are to expect. We are taken on a journey that covers over three hundred years of historical events and through the creative eye of Alexander Sokurov, we are able to get lost in an experience never felt before in the
In 2012, Disney bought Lucasfilms at $4.06 billion dollars. With the acquisition, plans were being set in place for new projects involving the Star Wars series. According to the article How Disney Bought Lucasfilm-and Its Plans For Star Wars by Devin Leonard, "Disney sent excitable Star Wars fans into a frenzy by unveiling a plan to release the long-promised final trilogy starting in 2015." Now with the announcement of this new film with a tentative premiere date in 2015, there is some casting news. In addition to the original trilogy Star Wars actors such as Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford returning, new faces have been added such as John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow.
I didn't think it was possible to be more unimpressed with Star Wars. Today, I stand corrected. If you were unfortunate enough to hear your stupid co-workers yammering on about Lucas' latest shit burger, you might have heard them saying something like "I didn't like the first two, but this one was good!" When I ask why, these people have trouble responding because it's hard to talk with George Lucas' flaccid penis in their collective mouths. Perhaps the question I should be asking is "why didn't you like the other two movies if you liked this one?" Nothing has changed. You have the same vacant-looking actors running around, aimlessly bumping into things, an army of stupid, sensitive robots, and dialogue clumsy enough to warrant putting a handicap sticker on George Lucas' car.
According to legendary boxer Sugar Ray Robinson, “To be a champ, you will have to believe in yourself when no one else will.” The importance of believing in oneself is illustrated in George Lucas’s Star Wars IV – A New Hope in which Luke Skywalker, a tentative teenager, is thrust into a new life of adventure and self-cultivation after stumbling upon a plea for help in the form of a message embedded in a droid he purchased named R2D2. To that effect, when analyzing George Lucas’s film from a Jungian perspective, Luke’s individuation becomes apparent through his development from a self-doubting and indecisive teenager into a decisive leader capable of channeling the power of the “force.” Luke’s attainment of higher consciousness is showcased
Is it worth your time to dive into From a Certain Point of View, Star Wars fans? Aside from a few stories that don't quite work, the answer is yes.
Transformers: Dark of The Moon, was an exceptional movie. The movie is about a group of aliens from a planet called Cybertron coming to take refuge in Earth. Directed by Micheal Bay . In this movie, a civil war broke out in a foreign planet Cybertron between the autobots and the decepticons. And in order to rebuild what was destroyed someone has betrayed their side .It is an action movie with a great soundtrack and I really like how in like every movie they play “Linkin Park”. The direction was really good things seemed to blow up when they needed to. And one of my favorite things about this movie was the photography it was used so the emotions and the wreckage was shown so clearly and it was just so easy to understand. The audience intended is the youth 13-25 years old.
The phantom menace is the most hated referred to as the worst star wars film the most disappointing movie the moment gorge Lucas went from the man that could do no wrong to the man to not even being trusted with his own creation so pwhat went wrong? The movie is a piece of movie history and it will hopefully be remembered as the worst star wars movie but, the worst of a great franchise isn’t necessarily
