Stand Up To Bullies

I see life and dignity of a human person in the world today when people stand up to bullies. When a person is being bullied they feel like that they are not important, but in this principle it shows that every person is important and should feel that way. In my everyday life I live out this principle when I treat people with respect and kindness. I struggle with with it when I do not stand up for girls when the are being bullied. As it says in 1 John 4:7-12 we must love all people and treat them with kindness. Our tradition also says that many people fail to realize that every person is just as important as them no matter how much money they have. This shows us that we should treat all people with respect. In order to better live out this principle I will try to stand up for girls that are being bullied the next time I see it happening. Also, in the next week I will try to not fight with my brothers and instead I will complement them. I live out this principle when I go to school with my friends and when I voted for Three Main at school. I struggle with this principle when forming my own opinions. When form an opinion I usually go off of what my parents say and not what I think. As we see in Genesis 2:18 we see that no one should be alone, and all people should are called to have a family. Our tradition also says that family is very important, and that our family helps us grow spiritually and morally ([Amoris Laetitia. . . ], no. 290).
