Similar to most modern slang words, the word sonder originated from the internet. The only people who will know about this word would be teens and adults who happen to come across the word somehow through social media. Yet the word sonder is different from slang because it is not used in order to shorten real words or meanings, but in fact sonder creates its own definition. The intention of the word sonder is to make an English word that describes a feeling that does not already have a definitionthe realization that every single being has their own story. Sonder is part of a collection of words created by John Koegin within The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows by John Koegin in order to explain more complicated concepts. While being influenced by certain German words and their meanings, John Koegin felt as though there was a limited selection of English words that defined very specific feeling. Koegin explains his reasoning behind his creativity in an interview by stating “I’m not a German speaker—but reading translator’s introductions to, say, Kant, Hegel or Goethe has convinced me that their language does a much better job than English at capturing those oddly specific twilight moods and compound feelings that so often escape definition”; thus explaining the motive behind words like sonder. Without realizing it Koegin created a wordn expression that can create a difference within the world. The internet is where sonder gained its way into the general public and consequently brought a new stage to life.
Due to sonder being a new word, the concept sounds more complicated than it really is; when in fact, people actually commit sonder without realizing it. For example, if there was a teacher who happened to notice a student 's unfortunate grade, the teacher could realizetake the student’s distress and decide to take their experiences into consideration. The teacher in this case, realizes that the student

The son's rite of passage to manhood, his acceptance as the role of host and peacemaker and unifier, is a shocking one to both speaker and reader. To unite his comrades, he comments "We could easily kill a two-year-old" and the tone of the poem changes finally to one of heartlessness at the blunt brutality of the statement. The mother realizes then that the young boys, the future "Generals" who will soon live as men do "playing war", are far from innocent. Her rite of passage is a complete and sad transition from the mother of a child that she has some control over to the parent of a independent man, who will make his own choices and fight his own battles.
In the same swing it can show you the best decision of your life, followed by a profound realization that it was actually your worst. It drastically influences words, turning “love” from a primal, unwavering desire to a background noise that holds together the fabric of one’s personal reality. “Dreams” alter between hopeful aspirations and lost opportunities. “Home” begins as some sort of containment chamber, but slowly reveals itself as a complex web of nostalgic memories, feelings, and relationships that represent an unmatched level of warmth and comfort. “Self” originates with a false confidence and structure, only for the façade to eventually crumble and shine light upon miles of unharvested land and incomplete blueprints, patiently waiting for their potential to be realized. Of course, these are just my experiences with these words. Countless interpretations can be found, and each of them are constantly evolving. Just goes to show the kind of silly and abstract disaster that words can

Technology is important, but more important is the social context and fundamental structure of human cognition and communication
Our modern world is focused on unimportant things such as celebrities and their eating disorders. Whatever happened to close-knit communities focusing on neighbors and their families? Although individuals may not seem important when blended into a crowd, each person is a puzzle piece to the community.
For many individuals, writing is a gift that allows one to transform intangible feelings and emotions into words on a tangible piece of paper. It allows one to transform something hidden into something that can be seen. Because of this, the talent of a writer may seem like a blessing. However, some individuals view it as a curse. In the Charlotte Smith’s “Sonnet I,” the speaker battles negative feelings in regards to her poetic abilities. These feelings serve to establish a sad and angry tone. The speaker’s complex viewpoint serves to create tension that remains unresolved in the end.
They both are written in similar rhyme schemes and the familiar quatrain/couplet pattern as most sonnets are. They both include many references, personification, imagery, and metaphorical and literal comparisons. For example, in “Sonnet 10” the speaker personifies Death and speaks directly to Death as if it is another person. In “Sonner” 10, the speaker uses the imagery asking God to attack his heart as if it were the gates of a “fortress town.”
The natural bitterness of the sonnet is set up from the earliest starting point, when the storyteller starts with a specific end goal to get his mindset off of Lenore. The

As the world changes so rapidly, so have the ways we communicate. Technology now plays an enormous part of how we converse and socialize as a culture. As we continue to progress as a civilization, it is significant to preserve the basic principles of socialization. Socialization helps us acquire necessary habits, beliefs and knowledge of society from our environment through home, school, community and the legal system. The development of these social skills begins in infancy to adulthood for the purpose of functioning in society. Values, norms and culture are essential for society’s survival. Roles and standards give groups within a society structure and allow members to know what’s expected of them, socially.
