A)Summary: The sociological imagination can be applied directly to our individual lives. It consider about what specific things do we actual need. we should be able to recognize the practical and immediate value of sociology to solving the problems we met. It refers to the ability to connect biography with history. sociological imagination is to help develop the ability to participate in social life and step back and analyze broader meanings of what is going on in the world around us. It suggests that people look at their own personal problems as social issues and, in general, try to connect their own individual experiences with the workings of society. So we all have a sociological imagination. It just requires development. 
understand how

our lives are being controlled we should link our personal problems with 
1. the broader social structure and sets of cultural values 
2.the historical development of these broader social factor 
3.the current changes in this connection between the wider society and our personal experience 

B) Option 3：Do not use any form of technology and media for one entire weekend.
If I do not use any form of technology and media for whole week. I guess it would be boring for some people. It is like going back to few hundreds years ago. Additionally you can not play your phone, watching movie, playing computer games or even texting with friends. But for me, I have tons of thing to do. I probably do my interest to spend my time such as: playing basketball, hangout with friends, swimming, play instrument or reading book alone. I love doing any of those and enjoy it. Actually if take out technology and media it makes no difference to me.

C) is the idea that the individual can understand her own experience and gauge her own fate only by locating herself within her period, that she can know her own chances in life only by becoming aware of those of all individuals in her circumstances. According to the sociological imagination, we located ourselves in this situation in order to found circumstance. I believe some of people feel so different when they do not use any form of technology and media compare to when they use. First, I think this reflect people were addicted to electric technology and lack communicate with people in reality. Second we live in an information explosion time. Everything goes fast, using electric device is most convenience way to get information from. In fact, internet being main subject for us, so people comfort with using electric rather than talking to people to gather information.
