The world needs to realize the difficulty of soccer, people have been brainwashed into thinking soccer is an effortless sport, but that’s false, not only soccer is an arduous sport to play, but it’s the most difficult and strenuous sport at the senior level, both internally and externally. Soccer is a beautiful sport, probably the most popular in the world, but as a soccer player, I think people should realize the difficulties that every soccer player must face at the senior level which makes soccer the most difficult sport in the world. To become a professional soccer player is very difficult but there is also a way that you can raise the probability into having a slight chance, and even though it’s an option it’s not easy to do. According to the U.S Develop academy it shows that to join a soccer academy team is one of the hardest thing a soccer player can achieve, cause not only there are only few amount that make it but you must have 6 years of division 2 or higher experience and not only that but you have to compete with over 130 players (U.S Soccer academy). This proves to join an average academy team is harder than joining any other sport because not only you must have 6 years of soccer experience and you are competing against the best of the best which are more than a hundred players. Not only proves that joining a top team is competitive but it’s nearly impossible for anyone that didn’t plan what they need to master. On the NCCA charts it shows the statistics of sports and the amount of players that get scouted but according to soccer it has the least that gets drafted but the one of the sports to have the most players overall (NCAA.com). These results show that college soccer can be considered one of the most popular sport but the amount of players that get drafted in soccer compare to any of the other is less, so if soccer has one of the most participants and the lowest ratio with only one out of four hundred college player goes pro this can conclude that it’s the hardest sport to get drafted.
