"The government should not be able to keep tabs on student because it's being creepy and it’s wrong to see what little boys and girls do and it’s not up to them it’s up to parents to keep them safe. Kids need to learn and sometime they don't want to talk to their parents about it so they go to the internet for help. True kids can get endangered because of it this is why parents should check kids phone once in awhile to make sure there not going on anything there not supposed to.

Keeping taps on little kids is being a stoker and kids go on the internet to get away from life and homework and anything that's going on in there life. You could say it’s there down time after a long hard day at school filled with paperwork and maybe people at school they don’t like! I’m sure people don’t want to be watched by the government and that is up to the parents to find out t what their kids are watching and hearing on youtube and the internet. So I think that the government should back off of things that don’t pertain to them. Net neutrality is another chance for the government and businesses to limit citizen’s freedom of choice.
