We have all seen them, hear of them and I am sure some even envy or despise them. Yes, Entrepreneurs the risk-takers who result in new opportunities. The business improvers, business starters, money makers even! “An important part of being an entrepreneur is a gut instinct that allows you to believe in your heart that something will work even though everyone else says it will not” says H. Wayne Huizenga (Schermerhorn, 2015, p. 124), entrepreneurs may be less in numbers but they are still everywhere you go filled with successors, it is in their blood! Most importantly, the Serial Entrepreneurs which are the ones who start and run all of the businesses you see around you they are always looking for the next opportunity to advance. Serial Entrepreneurs want to be their own boss as Nora Denzel, interim CEO and member of the board of directors of Outerwall said “If you don’t take risks, you’ll always work for someone who does”. Now this is a problem with our newer generations, you see everyone wants all of this and that and to be rich but they are not willing to even work for it or determined enough to try. You can tell someone from this generation that they can have anything they want, all they have to do is work for it and they will go from “really?” to “HA! Wow, yeah right. Who wants to work”? What makes the Entrepreneurs different is that they are more than willing to work, they set a path and start taking it, they stop dreaming about it and make it happen no matter
