Evolution is the process of change that has morphed beginning life into the large variety of organisms there are today. Biology can be organized into different levels: biosphere, ecosystems, communities, populations, organisms, organs and organ systems, tissues, cells, organelles, and finally molecules. Scientists use these levels as a form of reductionism, or the technique of breaking down complicated systems to smaller elements for easier studying. Every level has properties that the last one did not known as emergent properties. Biologists use systems biology side-by-side with reductionism in order to fully analyze these properties.

Everyone uses the idea of a hypothesis every single day whether they know it or not. There is also a certain type of logic that is built into the scientific use of a hypothesis, deductive reasoning. Deductive reasoning flows in the opposite direction, general to specific. Although there are many questions that cannot be answered by science. Scientific inquiry is a huge way to learn about the natural world but there are a few limits on the questions it can answer. Supernatural explanations are far beyond the science world and cannot be answered by the typical system of inquiry. Science requires natural and real explanations for natural things occurring in nature.
A controlled experiment consists of two groups, one being an experimental group where something is applied, and a control group, where everything remains the same. In science, a theory is much larger with respect to a hypothesis. A theory can be put into place in hopes to form many new, testable hypotheses. A theory proven to be true is supported by much more evidence than a hypothesis. Although, new evidence can disprove a once proven theory. Anything in science proven to be true can be easily disproven by new research, evidence, and
