They look them self in the mirror and they think they have a distorted image of the shape and size of their body. That's why they cannot maintain a normal body weight. Some anorexics restrict their food intake by fasting, excessive exercise, or dieting. Just eat and how little they eat becomes an obsession. ‘‘Bulimia’’ is similar to anorexia because the person who has this decease eat a lot of food and then try to get rid of them doing a lot of things, such as forced vomiting or excessive exercise to prevent weight gain. Over time, these process can be dangerous. This have a big effect in their body. People can lose hair, teeth and antibodies.
