Rosewall
Rosewall Madrid, Spain “has a warm temperature with dry, warm summers ,and wet winters with the warmest month above 22°C over average.’’The weather is good for the winter and doesn’t get a lot of inches of snow only a segment of rain. There's a river in the middle of the land it separated half of the land one of the side has all houses ,and the other side has half also has houses the top right has mountains. The river provides water and food in the water, and also use the water for cooking and food in the water (only if it's cleansed) ,and the extreme mountains for coal and oil for the factories. The city runs on solar power, and by wind power, and how a bunch of people subsistence in our city.
Rosewall has innovation and features such as solar power, wind wheels that power the whole city .The major part of our city is our police station, which helps around to make sure criminals are affecting our classroom. Fire station, which helps put out the fires if we have them. Lastly, is our education that we have like our grade school. The school will help the kids with learning to get jobs majors when they're older, they can go to a collage for the police, fire station if more people have that job they can let Rosewall be safe .Rosewall is a safe place to

live with no pollution in the area in Rosewall. Rosewall has a landfill with a company that is going to separate all the trash, and have a magnetic force that going to get all the metals then they can get melt ,and make new cans the plastic is also getting melted. The paper is not so easy to do with so we have a plan to reuse the paper help the fire going we also using the gas to use for the houses to run on. The food scraps are going to be buried. Rosewall has hired a garbage company to get all the trash and take it to the landfill.Rosewall is a city that will reuse product that have been thrown away or recycle. The current way we manage our waste cost lots, consumes large amounts of energy, and has a large impact on our health and environment. Cities spend millions of dollars to have their garbage collected and disposed of. They also spend large amounts of money to make sure that their garbage disposal methods don’t harm the people near them. And today, not many people are affected by the waste management systems, but in the past people would suffer from low birth weights and other sicknesses. Different ways of managing waste also all have different effects on a person’s health as well as the environment. Some ways of managing waste need to be built and used carefully to prevent it from harming the environment, while other ways of managing waste, like recycling and composting, collect the waste and turn it into something new instead of just being thrown in a landfill. Collecting the waste and taking care of it also used lots of lots of energy. Because of these problems created by our waste management system, we need to find ways to deal with our waste. To help manage the waste in our city we will encourage residents to reduce and reuse, as well as gather resident’s waste to dispose of it. By encouraging our residents to reduce the amount of waste they generate and reuse the waste they do generate. Not only are we encouraging residents to reuse in their homes, but we also collect recycling from resident’s homes and take it to the Waste Management District to be recycled. Residents will also be encouraged to compost at their homes, but we will also be collecting the compost from their homes. By reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting in our city, we can help reduce the amount of waste that needs to be landfilled or incinerated. Using our waste management solution, our city should be able to efficiently manage and reduce our waste. In our city some of our waste will be recycled into new products to be used again and sold back to the residents of our city. We will also incinerate things to turn them into energy. The food waste in our city will be collected and composted. The composed food will be used throughout the city. To manage our waste we will be using various different methods that will require different technologies. In Rosewall, the technologies and infrastructure is less pollutant. In other words, Rosewall uses wind energy with large electric windmills. Also Rosewall uses a normal sewer and pipe system to keep the water clean and fresh. We also have a sewage decontamination area, which cleans the sewage. We make sure to put all these machines to help clean the city away from the public. That way, they won't be disturbed, and won't complain about it. Another thing is that we keep all these systems away from the water, to keep the water safe. To keep the air clean, we have many trees in Rosewall. Since trees is good for the environment and helps businesses as well, it’s a win-win situation. For our infrastructures and building we have: a hospital for the sick and injured;grade school, high school, and university to educate our children in this city; and a trading depot, used to trade with other cities and other countries. These building will be near the public, but not as close so we don’t bother the commercial and residential areas. The safe technologies technologies and the important buildings being constructed are still being worked on throughout the city. The energy impacts made by Rosewall is really beneficial because of some key factors. Well, the energy required for us to collect trash is reduced energy. For the separation of the trash, the city uses reused energy. For processing the trash, we use recycled energy so we don’t waste the energy we can use again. For our trash, we use trash to generate energy. Our trash cycle allows us to create energy so we can use it for our landfill. By using this process, it will keep Rosewall an environmental friendly place. In Rosewall, we are aware of the health, safety and environmental issues in our city.
So, to help control these issues, we have the following building and programs in our city. For health, we have a hospital and health clinic to help the injured and sick in our city. To protect our citizens from everyday hazards, we have safety signs in the roads and educate the young children about safety. Lastly, for the environment, we have volunteers to clean up litter around the city, especially in parks. We also have a special program that helps plant trees around the city, keeping the environment safe and healthy. So, in Rosewall, we keep the environment safe, and healthy for both its citizens, and the
environment. The tradeoffs and compromises to waste-management solutions are beneficial due to some impacts. Through businesses, people gain money through economical impacts. Cut-rated prices increase to benefit companies and industries, though this impact won’t benefit civilians. Health and safety impacts of the metropolis are due to having a good clinic, including polic. In Rosewall, there is a health clinic, along with a hospital in Rosewall, that benefits the health of the people with normal appointments and checkups. The safety of the people is impacted beneficially with the help of the fire and police department. The police investigate around the city for criminals, for the safety of the people. Whereas, the Fire department keeps people safe by answering civilians phone calls quickly and putting out fires quickly. Pollution is reduced to a minimum, due to garbage dumps, that sort out disposables, generated by 100% many citizens. The beneficial impact on location is that the location has civilians near a water source, which is perceptible since the trading doc’s near a river. The most important impacts in Rosewall has benefited everyone by its solutions in pollution, economical and crime-rated control by decreasing a few things. Rosewall reduces horrible tradeoffs, like casinos, by banning the construction or petition of generating a casino. Rosewall removed some tradeoffs because some volatile solutions including volatile compromising might lead the citizens of Rosewall completely at risk, such as having the city with medicine sold less in markets, whereas another city sell mores medical products than Rosewall. The only tradeoffs and gambling routes that Rosewall removes are casinos. Rosewall has much safer bartering depots due to 0% Drunkard-casinos or bad trading depots. The only tradeoff place that Rosewall has is a tradedepot-ship-dock. The engineering disciplines in our waste management solution are civil engineering and industrial engineering. Rosewall has chemical and civil engineering disciplines for our waste management solution. Chemical engineers work with landfills and burning waste to energy, whereas civil engineers may work on what materials should be reused or recycled. Rosewall has an organized waste management system, including landfills and recycling centers, and involving certain engineering disciplines, such as chemical and civil engineering to manage the municipal solid waste being generated in Rosewall.
Another negative impact of this urban decay was the dereliction of the wharves, once central to the industry of the suburb. As there was no public access granted, the wharves were no longer put to good use and became dilapidated. Finally in 1991, the federal government initiated a ‘Better Cities Program’ which aimed to make Australian cities sustainable and more liveable. It encouraged partnership arrangements among the three tiers of government, the private sector and the community.... ...
Woop woop! Is the common sound heard in Beecher Terrace (housing apartments). There are 2.3 million people locked up in the United States. Kentucky spends about fifteen billion dollars per year incarcerating individuals from Beecher Terrace. Since the 1970’s the number of people locked up in the United States has grown from 300,000 to 2.3 million. Kentucky has been the center of this prison expansion. Charles McDuffie, Christel, Demetria, and Keith Huff all have something in common. Each of these individuals are repeat offenders, grew up or lived in Beech Terrace, and have some type of mental issue.

The neighborhood of Lincolnville was established following the Civil War by freed slaves and, is in the oldest city in America, St. Augustine. The settlement was originally called Little Africa, however, in 1878 streets were paved and it became known as Lincolnville after Abraham Lincoln (1). The Lincolnville District is St. Augustine's most well-known black neighborhood and has been a part of many important events in not only African American history, but also St. Augustine and America. Racism and segregation in the South during the late 19th century and early 20th allowed for black businesses to grow and. As the 20th century progressed Lincolnville became an important part of St. Augustine (2). By 1964, the whole world was focused on St.

On Wednesday April 27th I went to go see a dance team at Northeast High School. The dance team goes by the name ‘Special EFX.” Automatic, Nerd, and Infamous One form a unique dance group that is truly amazing. They travel all over to motivate kids to use their own special talents to stay positive, healthy, active, and drug and alcohol free. The dance team Special EFX was first started in the early 2000s by 3 young African American’s in the city of Philadelphia. The three young teenagers were Demetrius Horton, Quanntrale Shaw, and Rashan Willams. These three teenagers looked at dance as a way to forget about all of the negative things that were going on around them. Instead of doing drugs and drinking alcohol, they dancing was there definition to having fun. These three kids then teamed a motivational speaker named Sterlen Barr. Sterlen Barr the CEO of Rapping About Prevention. The three teens then
For our group community assessment, we assessed the neighbourhood of Moss Park. Throughout our assessment at Moss Park, we noted many of the community’s characteristics including physical environment, resources available, strengths and weaknesses etc… Moss Park is a neighbourhood located in downtown Toronto, the area is mainly comprised of worn-out buildings and houses with a satisfactory number of resources including a public library, school, health care centers, pharmacies etc… During the assessment of this neighbourhood we noticed that the physical environment was contaminated with the presence of garbage on the streets and in residential areas. As we were walking through this area during our assessment, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in many areas on the streets and in some residential areas. We also observed many people smoking in the area which creates a harmful environment of second-hand smoke. Lastly, we noted th...
Caused by climate change and urbanization, water shortages are a major concern of the Mexican government at both the local and federal level. Mexico City, the third largest city in the world with more than twenty million inhabitants, struggles with water scarcity because of the potential risk it poses to the wellbeing of its citizens. Similar to the situation in other megacities, such as Jakarta and Bangkok, Mexico City’s water supplies are being depleted because of a growing urban population. (CBC News , 2009 ) Unable to sufficiently supply the increasing population size of the city, the water in the Mexico Valley aquifer is being drawn out faster than the aquifer’s recharge rate. Exacerbated by the fragmented nature of Mexico’s political culture, the exploitation of Mexico City’s water resources due to a growing urban population is detrimentally degrading the environment and creating a self-perpetuating problem that places the city and its inhabitants at risk.

...can watch out for each other and families. The neighborhood can provide funds for a safe place for teens and youths to hang out instead of being left at home and alone. Keeping neighborhoods free of excess trash and graffiti lets outsiders know that the community is well maintained and watched over by those that live there. Community policing with help from the police officers that patrol that area will help residents learn what and who to look out for in regards to what is considered an undesirable person.
The development of the United States Highway System has had negative impacts on the urban character of our country’s cities. One of the main catalysts, if not the main catalyst, of urban sprawl has been the development of transportation. It has made it extremely convenient and easy for people to move farther out of the inner city and develop rural America. As a result many prominent cities across our country have felt the effects of sprawl through diminished downtown economies. Highways have also played a key role in the standardization of American urban environments. Many urban areas around the country have lost their character and senses of place that they once used to embrace. More effective strategies to halt these issues should be implemented by the government. Different strategies in locating highways and strategies to help discourage the use of automobiles would assist in revitalizing urban centers, decreasing traffic congestion, and dependency on the automobile.
Our cities are not what they used to be. Over the corse of fifty years the once proud, strong, and viable hubs of American economic prowess are but a shell of what they were built for. The problems that many cities have are no longer condensed to their city limits and the sprawl that was created over that fifty year period is now threatening to enter the suburban spaces that were created when the city’s citizens left. The metro sprawl is starting to loose it’s attractiveness and unless there is more acknowledgment of the problems creeping out of these cities, the same declining trends will create unoccupied commercial and residential districts not unlike the downtowns of many American cities. Without careful discussion about these trends and our communities embracement of a more regional approach, then there will be more problems in less dense suburban areas, making those problems hard to correct. In order to prevent the spread of this urban blight and avoid low occupancy rates, communities must implement regional tax policies, plan for more effective use of space, and encourage smart growth.
The physical aspect of my community include: parks, sidewalks, roads, houses, hospital, bank, community garden, restaurants, school, emergency responding units (EMU), walls (around the community for security), and a recreation center. The reason I have smooth, and clean sidewalks, green parks, and high-tech gyms is because I would like everyone in my community to exercise, and live a healthy life. The buildings and structures in my community are architectural marvels that are breath taking, and one of a kind. The reason I have brick walls as tall as palm trees surrounding my community is because I would like the people in my community to feel safe however there are als...
